App does what it says but could be streamlined
We use this to access parking at work. Fumbling for the phone with cars queued behind can be stressful. App stays on confirmation screen after opening boom, making it extra work for when you need to use app next. A logical timeout function would make sense.
Would also be useful to integrate with Apple car play - an obvious direction which should be in the development pipeline

Needs CarPlay integration
I have other parking apps available through CarPlay, when will Parkable have it? It would make for a faster and safer experience entering and exiting car parks.
Worst app terrible
It took me 20 minutes to even pay for the parking and I had to call support to do it. I’d rather walk next time than pay these people any money ever again

Quite possibly. This is really poor app. It is slow and clunky and has no means of operating when down in a car park. It is appallingly bad. And the ai agent is unresponsive. No support at all. Get in the bin PARKABLE!
Great parking app
Awesome parking app. Got such a great car park to use. Close to our accommodation. A fraction of the cost the hotel wanted to charge. Will definately be using this for all my parking
Decent concept. Terrible execution.
There are no clear instructions on how to access the building or elevators. So I had to walk inside the parking garage to enter and exit. There is no service in the garage so the app does not work. Of course, you must use the app to open and close the gate. No one is available to assistance. The rates are decent but I’ll never use this app again.

I’m sure it’s ok as an app but it’s use at Thales Rydalmere is pointless and annoying

Car park closed but took my booking and charged me! Would be good to know in advanced that it’s NOT open!

Apparently this system randomly allocates work carparks where set up.. however it’s definitely not random. Some people go weeks without being allocated while others get every allocated every time. Would caution using this company for fair work parking arrangements

Easy to use. Usually works well but sometimes puts more than one car into the same space.

Honestly I use all the parking apps but this one seems to consistently have the better deals. The app is pretty straightforward to use and it’s easy to log complaints in the app in case someone stole my spot

I left the parking at 12:40 and I see now at 20:20 that I am still getting charged for parking? I was not aware I had to stop parking on the app. This is also the 1st time parking and is meant to be free!

Unsafe car park, zero accountability
I paid a premium monthly fee expecting a safe and reliable parking space. Instead, debris fell from the ceiling of the car park and cracked my windscreen. The structure above my allocated space was visibly deteriorated.
When I reported the damage, the response focused only on terms and conditions, with no real effort to address responsibility or the safety issue. It felt like the situation was dismissed rather than properly assessed.
To make things worse, my parking permit was cancelled immediately without prior notice or acknowledgement, late in the evening when offices were closed. I was forced to find last-minute hourly parking at my own expense. The refund only covered remaining days, not the disruption or additional costs caused.
This was extremely stressful, especially as a student, and completely opposite to what you expect when paying more for a “managed” parking service. Poor accountability, poor customer handling, and a very disappointing experience overall.
I would not recommend this app if you expect safety, fairness, or support when something goes wrong.
