Charging you even if you don’t park
Non-working app combined with non-answering pay by phone option and non-functioning pay boxes = an automatic payment fine of $45 or more. This company would prefer to offer non-payable methods to park so they can bill you for unpaid fees at an exorbitant rate. Highly unscrupulous company.

App always crashes
This app always crashes. And now I cannot reset my pin. I tried deleting the app and reinstalling but it still doesn’t work. Unfortunately I park in a lot of areas that use this app so I am stuck paying at the parking machine.
Horrible all around
I really don’t know if it’s intentional or just extreme incompetence. The app never works, the parking lots are just camera monitored to make sure they get money, eventually the machines are required for you to actually issue a ticket, the screens are in horrible condition… if there was ever a complete failure to provide any descent customer service… mission accomplished.

I’m constantly getting a network error when I try to register my credit card. The lot machine doesn’t print receipts.

We tried to park in one of their lots and repeatedly received an “Network Error” message or one that said “Card already exists. Please try another card.” and would not allow us to pay. Seems like a scam!

Complete scam parking lots. DO NOT PARK IN THEIR LOTS! They will fine you even a few minutes over unlike city parking lots which at the very least support the city… these a holes don’t support the city.

App won’t let you pay by the hour or adjust exactly how much time you want to pay for - just in two or more hour increments and then charges an extra fee for extending. Complete scam
Can’t add car
I tried multiple times and the screen for adding a car just does not work on an iPhone with the latest version of iOS. Very frustrating when you can’t even add your car. You just have to use the kiosk instead.
