You can’t get back in the garage

We parked in Hoboken,NJ - once you leave the garage you can’t get back in. We had to go find a live person - they had to let us in to get our car, then we had to go back and repark - the machine didn’t recognize we had prepaid so we had to go back to the attendant to let us out - awful app - will never use again !

Fraud!

This app is fraudulent and needs to be taken down. You pay for parking but you can’t actually use the ticket. I called and email to get a refund but no response. Stop deceiving people!
