Fraud!
This app is fraudulent and needs to be taken down. You pay for parking but you can’t actually use the ticket. I called and email to get a refund but no response. Stop deceiving people!
Unusable
Immediately and continuously pops up errors. Deleted after 2 minutes.

I’m not sure why this app has so many negative reviews… I’ve used this for the past couple years whenever I go to SF, and it’s been super helpful!
I pre-pay for specific times I want to be there (haven’t tried monthly or annual passes), and just need to scan my QR code at the parking entrance. It’s super simple, and I’ve never had to interact with anyone at any of the garages.
Based on some of these reviews, I’m not sure if people understand how the app works…

Freezes
It opens just fine but then it freezes anytime you press anything. It literally doesn’t work.
An absolute scam
Prepaid for parking in a garage. Instructions in the app say to scan the pass on the app at a red box with a blinking light. We go to the garage- this device doesn’t exist. We had to repay for parking at the garage. The instructions on how to get a refund were unusable- they direct you to click on a tab in the app that doesn’t exist. Customer service doesn’t respond to you. DO NOT USE THIS APP. It will eat your money.

Worst App and Customer Service
DO NOT USE PARKCHIRP! The worst customer service. I paid for parking and when I arrived at the parking garage it was closed for maintenance. I’ve asked via email multiple times for a refund and no answer. Horrible app.

Purchased a reservation that wasn’t real. Provided no actual reservation number and garage would not allow admittance as they do not work with this service. Breathtakingly brazen ripoff.
Rip off
We booked a spot at a SF Rincon garage for $30. We arrived on time and were told it was no good. Had to pay again. Couldn’t get a refund. Appears to be just a scam. Avoid.
The worst parking app
This is the worst parking app I have used. The instructions make no sense. It’s pretty much impossible to change a booking, so triple check all the details to make sure they are correct. I would be fine paying double if I could book the same parking spot with the correct details, but even that doesn’t work. It is also full of bugs, resets every month and crashes.

This app is not usable at all. The fundamental search parking function fails to return any garage at all. A parking app that cannot book parking.

This is the worst app I have ever used. It never works properly and glitches right when you need to scan it. And don’t even bother trying to get receipts. I hope whoever manages it is cursed.

I’ve been trying to book parking for the hotel I’m staying at (they provide a discount for a pre-paid parking pass) and it just won’t go through. Spinning circle every time I have tried to enter my credit card information or confirm booking. Super frustrating and feels like a scam.
