About
Parking Manager is the field app for the people who enforce parking: property managers, HOA and community associations, and the officers who patrol their lots. Scan a plate, know instantly whether it belongs, and build a record that holds up.
SCAN A PLATE, KNOW IN A SECOND
Point the camera at a license plate and it reads on device, or type the plate on the keypad. The app checks it against your registry and shows the answer in large, unmistakable type: registered, unregistered, or flagged. No lookups, no radio, no waiting.
A REGISTRY THAT KNOWS YOUR LOT
Keep resident, tenant and visitor vehicles in one place, with the contact behind each plate and the zone it is allowed to park in. Add a vehicle in seconds from the field, and mark a plate as one to watch.
ENFORCE WITH A RECORD, NOT A GUESS
Issue a violation in a few taps, with a photo if you want one. Record a tow with evidence photos and the towing company notice. Every notice and every tow becomes an append only record, timestamped and attributed, the kind of record that answers a dispute instead of starting one.
IT WORKS WHERE THE SIGNAL DOES NOT
A scan, a violation or a tow saved in a dead zone is not lost. It queues on the device and syncs the moment you are back in range, so a basement garage or a far corner of the lot never stops the shift.
SEE THE DAY AT A GLANCE
The dashboard shows the day's scans, unique plates, violations, unregistered vehicles and violation rate, and the activity as it happens. Pick any past day to review it.
BUILT FOR A TEAM
Officers scan and issue. Managers set who can record a tow and who can change the registry. Everyone sees the same lot in real time.

3.5.5
September 17, 2026
Fixed an issue where the on-screen keyboard could stay open on the Add/Edit Vehicle form and cover the Save button. The keyboard now closes reliably (tap Done, or tap outside the field) across all forms, so you can always complete and save an entry.
