Not Managed Well
If you read some of the recent reviews, you will notice that their service has deteriorated over the last 2 years, and i am currently experiencing the same problem. The automated whatsapp replies assure you that they will get their ‘support’ team to contact you, but till now there has been no one who reached out to me. To me an automated message that does not solve my problem or request does
constitute ‘support’.
Also, the ‘booking fees’ which you read the FAQ mentions that it is not refundable (but transferable, but what’s the point? If you need a parking spot at that location then you need it at that location), as this covers their operation costs. However, there is no transparency that they are really ‘working’ behind the scenes to try to get you a parking spot. My personal experience is that after paying the booking fees and waiting for 2 months, I still do not get a parking spot, and no interim updates. Yes, parking spots are depending on availability, but as a consumer we have no visibility on the turnover of available parking spots at a particular location.
So, your ‘booking fee’ is paid, and you wait indefinitely, with no periodic updates, while the company holds on to your fees and earns some overnight interest on float. For me it would be more equitable to the customer if 2 thirds of the booking fees is refunded after around max 3 months of waiting. Tell me, what ‘effort’ can the operator prove that they have tried their best to secure parking spots, that justifies holding on to the fee for such a long period?
For all you know, a particular location may have only 1 booking spot, but they may be collecting booking fees for an unlimited amount of names on a waiting list.
Since no human from the operator has contacted me to explain, i can only share this experience from my point of view. The original idea for this business model is good but the lack of transparency on your application post-payment of booking fees makes this a really unpleasant experience.

Auto debit issues, doesn’t reply email, no proactive updates on open cases
I strongly advise avoiding ParkIt unless absolutely necessary. If possible, deal directly with the building management instead.
1. Payment Failure & Access Issue
Despite setting up auto-debit for my subscription, ParkIt failed to pay the parking operator on time, TWICE. As a result, I was denied entry to the parking and had to waste additional time and money finding alternative parking.
2. Unresponsive Support
I sent multiple emails to the official support address listed on the app but never received a single reply. This lack of customer service is unacceptable.
3. Termination & Refund Issues
After terminating my subscription, I only received one email confirmation regarding the return. There have been no further updates on the status of my refund.
Overall, ParkIt has caused unnecessary stress, wasted time, and financial loss due to poor system reliability and customer service.

SCAM
Paid the booking fees about 2 months ago but yet to secure a parking space.
And the agent is not replying to my message at all!

Slow reply and solving
Difficult to move parking space
Switching from a parking space to a different parking space is crazy difficult.
I consulted with them through WA and call more than a month before the switch day, and follow every single instruction given.
A month later, when it’s time to switch cards (give back old one and get new one), I followed up through WA. They told me that the new parking spot is not available, somehow their management didn’t give the card to the operation guy. But I booked it on the app long back, and now my old parking space is terminated without having the new one ready.
