I book a parking spot with them I declared my vehicle is a van but the landlord still accept my booking even though the parking spot is so tiny and can’t fit my van. They app is so useless did not want to take any responsibility. They denied to give me a refund and even the £90 deposit has not been refunded. And it’s already 2 weeks since the contract ends.

Feels like gambling
Every booking is a risk. Sometimes the spot is taken, and no one helps. Totally unreliable. Can’t recommend.
Horrible functionality / customer service
Very poor functionality within the app itself. Unable to process the simplest request. You have to book the space, then haggle the price down. Would be simple to just interface with the owner without having to email customer service and when customer service reply they get pretty short with you, to the point of being rude.
