Easy to use and very honest with the time of parking. If parking is until a specific time, it doesn’t allow you to add more time. If it’s a weekend and don’t have to pay for parking, it doesn’t take your money. I love that Apple Pay is allowed.

Worth Having
Very Easy To Use And Convenient Especially Now They Had Updated To where You Can See The Time On Your Lock Screen. No Need Look For Change To Feed The Meter And Rushing To Feed When The Time Runs Out.
I still got a ticket
I paid via app and still received a ticket for the time i prepaid. Officer said it didn’t show on his end

This app must have different color schemes to show when commercial meter in effect. Also if street has no meter. Identify date and time to respect street cleaning.

Can’t pay for my parking
I couldn’t pay for my parking because of an issue they’ve been having with the ewallet, which resulted in a parking ticket . The whole point of paying through this app is to simplify the process. Instead, this gave me a lot of inconveniences and cost me money. I called their customer support and they put me in hold which was another inconvenience.
