Annoyed but sooooo convenient!
Wonderful to not constantly run outside to add money to meter. Wish we were given the ability to extend time ALL the time.

The app is convenient, but when it’s not effective, we will still be responsible to pay a ticket even though it’s a system glitch.

I have used the app and received unjustified tickets. The "online hearing" finds me guilty each time. This is a cynical ripoff.
Why do I need to replenish

Replenishment
One should be able to replenish amount they choose. I did not need $25.00.
Great invention
I love this parking app. It is very easy to use. Especially when the meter is not working and you do not have quarters. I really love that it shows you the nearest parking zone.
WORSE APP EVER!!
Worse app ever blocked my account for using apple wallet to replenish amount currently at paid parking called them to un restrict my account they said few minutes it’s been forever now, super frustrating!

App works great but after the session is done it won’t close. Have to log in again and then log off.

How many times do I need to input the same credit card information? Why do I have to replenish? Can’t it just charge the card? Awful
Good for convenience, but URGENTLY needs to be improved
This app can be really infuriating most of the time. The biggest inconvenience is that it logs you out randomly… if I change apps or swipe up to the multiple app view (I was trying to fill in bank details and looking at my bank app), if I spend more than a minute on the map or on the time selection.. I understand privacy but I think it’s reasonable to spend 2-5 minutes on the app without being logged out multiple times.

Scam
They have no way to refund you for parking on a old plate. There should be a warning that they’ll just keep your money. I will 100% join in on the class action lawsuit against them.
Poor website
I thought I paid ticket but apparently is so terrible I hadn’t after so many clicks, uploads, inserting credit card. Now on the hook for a ticket.
