Really poor app
This is why nobody trusts government to do anything right. Sad for those of us that want to resist the privatization of everything. App does not save payment method . The text is small and when you zoom in on a meter it actually gets smaller. Brilliant design folks! And then on sign up it will just randomly kick you out when entering a number for two sept auth. Need to do better with this one since half of the meters don’t actually work and we are forced to use this app.

Input boxes are disabled and so is button. I’m sure you have an urgent fix the App Store hasn’t approved yet though.
Log-in breaks every time
Terrible log-in experience. I have to reset my password every single time I have to use this app, and because it won’t deliver to my email address properly it takes me 15 minutes to park!
2FA on corporate accounts
2FA is a huge time sink. I have to wait for an email to arrive at my corporate inbox (which is often delayed), then manually type in the code (you can't copy and paste it). Please add an option to disable it, or link it to a phone number — or at the very least, stop requiring a code EVERY SINGLE TIME!

Minimum Charge is 25
I was trying to park and it was 4.50 for 3 hours but the minimum I can put on my account is 25 so its just useless unless you an actual resident.

App has blocked on of my account and in the other account is impossible to make payments, gives error message, updated the version still not working

It doesn’t remember your card and you can’t directly charge your card you have to replenish your funds every time it’s the most time-consuming nuisance you could have to deal with the park you can tell the person who designed this app doesn’t use it
