Excellent way to park.
Useful App
Some of those machines look really suspect. They’ll either take your money or give you a disease. The only knock would be the ticket agents who don’t run your plate, because it’s an out of state plate, to see if you’ve paid for parking. Fought and won 2 tickets for that reason. Other than that it’s a great app!

Keeps Logging Out
This latest update requires me to enter my information in all over again every time I use the app. Doesn’t make sense.
Don’t use it
Don’t use this app for parking! Did everything it asked and had the correct time, paid etc. but still got a ticket because receipt was not on dashboard?!?! What a SCAM

I rarely write reviews but was baffled by this apps 5 stars.
The app is incredibly buggy around user login sessions and payments. I've been kicked out of the app multiple times performing basic tasks/transactions.
Is it convenient instead of a meter? Absolutely. Is it a 5 star app? Nowhere near it.

Terrible app, needs a deposit of at least $25 to pay $2 parking. Must make an account and must save a payment.
The first thing NYC did right
I’m actually shocked that they made a function app. This app is excellent. I don’t expect to ever write or review like this for A New York City app again in my lifetime. Going to play the lottery.
Too much money
I live in Long Island and came into Brooklyn and I had to put $25 on app to park and I only used $8 so now they have my money and no refunds so that was a waste…🤷🏽♀️
