Why a basic feature is missing
App unresponsive out the gate
I’ve been using a spot associated with Parkpoolr for a while so decided to download app to make payment quicker. App found spot easily enough but whenever I clicked on book now the time and payment screen would flash briefly then the screen would go blank and stay that way. Resetting app and phone did not change response. App is doa in my situation unfortunately.

Missing basic features
Requires a phone number to log in instead of an email so our company cannot have it on multiple accounts. Also no way to change the phone number or email of the account without sending them an email, which I did 2 weeks ago

Blank screen during booking
Always shows blank screen during booking process and app becomes unresponsive.
