Wrong and Unauthorized charge
This app’s auto ending parking and automated charge sometimes don’t work properly. It caused me to overpay for the parking for couple times. I thought their auto ending parking work properly, but sometimes they didn’t end my parking after I left. This caused me to pay for the whole day parking even though I only parked for 2-3 hours couple time. I parked in free 15 minutes parking and ran late little bit, so they charged me $10.35 for whole day parking including $1 convenient fee.
I highly recommend people don’t use this app or use it with caution. This app will over charge you due do malfunction and unauthorized charge.

This app sucks
It took forever to download and use this app to pay for parking. The app crashed several times. Wouldn’t load the parking garage after it crashed so had to hard restart the app multiple times to get the right garage to show up. In the amount of time it took me standing around a disgusting down town urban parking garage I could have been mugged and assaulted. Like truly it’s terrifying simply trying to pay for parking these days. I’m never parking in a lot using this app again. I hope you go out of business.

Intentionally Deceptive
The pay-by-the-minute system feels intentionally deceptive. Most parking apps work like a traditional parking meter: you pay for the amount of time you need, and if you stay longer, you extend your session. This app does the opposite—it starts a timer that continues charging until you remember to manually end it.
If you’re only parking for five minutes, it’s easy to walk away and forget to reopen the app. Before you know it, you’ve been charged for hours because the timer kept running, often without a timely reminder. This design punishes forgetfulness instead of helping users avoid unnecessary charges.
A parking app should make paying for parking easier, not rely on users making an easy mistake that costs them money. This billing model feels unethical and shouldn’t be allowed.

App doesn’t open, I have to redownload it to open it.
System is terrible
I received a ticket and I want to dispute it. The app has useless help on how to do it but none of it works. It’s just a circle of help links.
Calling Stamford Center to complain.
That 4.8 rating has to be false and inflated. No one I know who uses this in Stamford CT has anything good to say about it.
