This app sucks
Intentionally Deceptive
If you’re only parking for five minutes, it’s easy to walk away and forget to reopen the app. Before you know it, you’ve been charged for hours because the timer kept running, often without a timely reminder. This design punishes forgetfulness instead of helping users avoid unnecessary charges.
A parking app should make paying for parking easier, not rely on users making an easy mistake that costs them money. This billing model feels unethical and shouldn’t be allowed.
App doesn’t work
System is terrible
Calling Stamford Center to complain.
That 4.8 rating has to be false and inflated. No one I know who uses this in Stamford CT has anything good to say about it.
Robbed constantly
Buggy App Creating overcharges.
Not customer friendly
I would not use this service but am forced because this is the only payment option for the parking lot
Buggy app. Doesn’t open usually
Very little seems to fix it. Reloading it is hit and miss, turning on/off cellular seems to help but who knows?
Good luck if you’re in a hurry and trying to park. Please fix this
Bad app, bad business
They don’t have a timer to automatically stop the parking. (They send a notification which is why this isn’t one star, but if you miss it there’s no automatic stop for the parking. No signal that you’ve left, nothing)
The app is built to favor the company charging you more.
We go to a karate club that only lasts 45 minutes, but their timer is in 30 minute increments.
The app is just as bad. There are no ways to remove license plates once you’ve added them, and try as I might, I can’t seem to add another debit card. Apple Pay doesn’t work on here at all.
The app is just bad. It’s a bad app. Do not download. This review is from 2026-04-02, for anyone wondering.
Thieves
Terrible
Not only did I need to create an account, but also fill in a bunch of private info, and it wouldn't work with Apple Pay so I needed to put my card info in manually.
It's so inconvenient that I will be actively avoiding spots that use this garbage.
Deceptive business practices
It really feels like this company is very sketchy and doing everything it can to get your money and make it very difficult for you to resolve an issue while trying to appear legitimate. If that is not the case the only other option is that they are incredibly bad at website design and customer service.
Unethical business practice
Ending trouble
What a mess
Unreliable and Terrible
OVERCHARGED!!!
Outrageous fees
If you forget to end a session they automatically charge you for the daily max and tack on a convenience fee of $15.49
Mine was in a lower demand area so the daily max is $15 for that lot. Fees are crazy high and they seem to do anything to charge you to get more money.
Scam.
The QR code paper and website told me I had to adjust the time I’d be parking there. I was never given an option to do so.
Figured with as much technology as this company uses, they’d be able to figure out how long the car was parked and take it out of the $25 fee.
Nope. They took the whole $25.
I read all of the websites info and their parking sheet at the hotel, NOTHING says that it was a flat rate of $25. If it did, I would not have a problem. It said $25 OVERNIGHT. My friend and I only had her car parked there for 4 hours max. She was never there overnight.
When I requested a full refund, they told me no.
When I kindly laid out that I read through their terms thoroughly to make sure I was doing everything right and that there’s literally no reason for me to get charged $25 when my friend wasn’t even parked over night, I asked for a partial refund since this was my first time parking with them. They still told me no and insulted me in the process.
Will never use this scam of a company again.
As someone who reads through things many times to make sure I get things right, maybe yall should update y’all’s website to reflect what you tell people in email. And make sure you tell the hotel too.
