If they could link the bus locations to the app with live maps - would be truly amazing and make planning pickups really easy!

This is the best off site Parking at SFO Airport…
The ParkSFO site is easy to get to. Follow the directions per your GPS. Once you are there you open the app and scan your code at the gate, and drive into the structure and find your spot.
Make sure you take a picture denoting the stall number and the floor and you’re all set to take the elevator down and hop on the bus.
The driver is always looking to help anyone with luggage. They are super helpful and drop you at the terminal that you choose.
On the way back check the app and depending upon the terminal that you land at, go to that departing floor and the app will tell you where the structure is for that terminal. Easy.
Once back at ParkSFO, you take the elevator according to the Letter associated with your stall. The guys at the main counter will help if you have any questions. It has always been easy, even when I think that it won’t be !
I usually pay from my app and have an exit code before I take the elevator, but you can also complete everything from your car when on the ground floor..and you’re out !
I have called the main desk multiple times over the years with “where do you pick me up?” or “which elevator do I take?” Believe me, some of my questions were dumber than that !

Good overall
My only gripe is using the app to pay. It doesn’t clearly show the price reduction when you use a coupon. You have to note the price before applying the coupon, then start the check out again, apply the coupon and then see the new price. Why not just show the coupon reduction amount on the check out page that shows the tax, etc. so you know you’re getting the reduced price? At the exit gate the QR code didn’t work, despite moving the phone around under the arrow. This has happened before and is stressful if anyone is behind you. It finally worked by typing the code that was displayed on the gate screen. Picky stuff, but improving them would be appreciated!

Elevators are broken… scanners don’t work consistently but there are work arounds… not what it should be and I don’t know if I’ll try it again.

have been parking at ParkSFO for years. we enjoy the convenience and affordable prices made possible with the coupons. the facility is secure and shuttles are always readily available. the app is great for ticketless parking and storing receipts when i’m traveling for business. as others have mentioned, would be better if you could make a reservation directly from the app, but apparently according to signage at your facility, that may be coming soon? one last request would be to provide a feature to your app based parking ticket where you can take a photo of your parking space # as well as the aisle you’re parked in and attach to the ticket or the ability to type in the space # and aisle and save to the ticket.

Great experience
The app was very easy and simple to use! The drivers were friendly and I felt comfortable/safe leaving my car there for 10 days. Minimal wait time for drop-off/pick-up. The coupons are a bonus!
Useless app. They require book in advance on web site.
When I arrived to the parking I was told that they accept advance booking only. I had to pay $100 more for SFO long term parking instead.
Not useful when you can’t add reservations to it
When you click Make a Reservation, it takes to the web without linking the reservation to the app. So my question is: why have the app?

We had a great experience! This is a great lot with good service! So easy to use their app and add a coupon for a discount. I do think it is helpful to make a reservation as I noticed the last time we went they had to turn cars away that didn’t have one
Very convenient
Location is great and shuttle drivers and parking attendants are EXTREMELY helpful which made our international trip less stressful. Thanks Park SFO!
Can’t see or add my reservation details
Please add upcoming reservations to the mobile app. App and website are totally disconnected. I can’t register or login on the website. Hope you guys update this.
Very Convenient and User-Friendly
The app is user-friendly and made our check-in and check-out process very fast and convenient. Will highly recommend and use this again in our future trips.
App is significantly lacking everything
Please get some real developers to work on the app. A first start is to be able to at least view a reservation made in app. You seriously cannot view any reservations you have in the app. Bonus allow a credit card to be attached to a reservation. Of course you first need the functionality to be able to see a reservation you have in the app. This matters for people who use your parking for both personal and business as different different credit cards are often used.
Functionality is significantly limited in the app. The plus side is the app seems to work as there is only the very basics of functionality.

Always easy check in and out. Frequent shuttles, rarely have to wait very long.
Can’t check in with app after arriving
Downloaded the app after I had checked in. Tried to retroactively check in with the app but it does not seem possible. So, not sure if I’ll be able to check out and pay either.
It looks pretty simple to use as long as you use it in the one way it was designed to be used.
