New update is catastrophic
A recent update forces you to input your pin every single time you use the app, and the app is very very slow. It takes forever to adjust your parking.
This app should not force me to input my pin every single session!! that or get Face ID like any normal app.
Brutal that we are forced to use this and have no alternative.

Easy to use, concerned about credit card info security
The apps is quick and easy to use once set up on the phone. I am a little concerned about the lack of details asked about the credit card. It is not asking for expiry date, CCS code or any other info to validate that the person who inputs the info is the owner of the card.
Great app
Makes Victoria parking pay so simple
“No internet connection” for a week now
All week the app just presents an error page telling me I have no internet connection. Nothing changed, persists across reboots, so it seems like an outage that nobody is fixing. Is this app dead?

What a joke
Park it in Victoria is already ridiculous and pathetic this joke of an app makes it worse especially when it says that you have to put a pin in when you never put a pin on your account originally and then won't let you sign
All that a parking app needs
This is very useful app, and with having an account and credit, you can avoid service fees. It works consistently, allows you to end parking early and get a refund on unused parking time, which is really good! I wish all the city’s parking could just use this app
A bit buggy
Changing accounts, logging in, registering is all rather confusing. I had to delete the app on my phone and download it again from the App Store just to change accounts. It’s too easy to start a new account and then impossible to change from one to another.

Convenient and easy to use
I appreciate how easy it is to take care of paying for parking with this app! I can load multiple cards (for different purposes: work, business, personal) so receipts stay sorted. I also really like the honk-notification at 15 minutes to expiry! Great reminder.
No way to set up account via app
Not very helpful for out of town visitors. Trying to set up account so I can park but am giving up now. Just keeps asking me for a PIN.
Does not work
I have tried multiple times to use this app with no luck. Every time I try it says that my cell phone number is invalid. Same thing happens when I try my email.
App keeps locking me out
In the past two days Apple has has continually said my Pin is invalid (same one I’ve used for years). Forces me to re-set my pin over and over.
I’ve removed the app - re- installed-created a new account- created new New Pin. Still the same issues.

Phone login broken
I generally like the app quite a bit. Unfortunately, something has been changed recently that it no longer accepts any phone number as valid for login credentials. Using the website in a browser? No problem - I got in on the first try without issue. And trying to log in with your email on the account will create a new account instead! Hopefully, they fix the issue soon.

No Long Term Option or Auto-Extend
TLDR: App doesn’t let you pay for long term. Got a ticket first thing in the morning despite honestly paying for several day passes.
Parked long term at Yates St Parkade during a weekend stay at the hotel in Waddington Ave. Pay period is 8am-8pm with no option to auto renew. I paid for the day via the app when I woke up and later that day went to my car and saw I had gotten a ticket during the am window I was late to pay while sleeping. Aside from setting an alarm every morning for 8:00am on vacation, no way to pay for long term parking that is being used by the local accommodations. Had to pay for 3 days of parking plus the ticket fine, and plan our vacation sleep schedule around parking. Sure I didn’t pay for parking first thing in the morning, my bad, but the app should have an option to avoid this scenario. One star.

Used to work
Got a new iphone, tried to setup app but tells me my cell number isn’t valid… Deleted app, cleared cache but won’t work for me on ios26.
Was great but now isn’t working
After a recent iOS update, the app stopped working so I uninstalled and reinstalled it. Now it won’t let me sign back in. The 3 digit verification code is sent too late so it times out and if I try to log in with a phone number, it says it’s invalid. There doesn’t seem to be any way for me to contact support either.
