Great customer service
I had an issue redeeming because the third party didn’t have my bank listed, I contacted customer service and within minutes she fixed my account so I could add my account info myself and redeem was smooth sailing.
Deposit but cant cash out
Very disappointed with ParlayPlay. I deposited money into ParlayPlay, but they won’t let me withdraw it unless i play through all the money i deposited first. This should be clearly explained before allowing people to deposit. I wouldn’t have deposited if i knew this.
Would Recommend!
I wasn’t sure at first about the app, however, after using it-very awesome betting site. Really enjoy the easy feature of adjusting the O/U on Player Props. Awesome deposit match too!

The promos and lines, etc. have always been some of the best. But I had been having trouble with the app. But recently it’s been a lot smoother. Still can be clunky. But now there’s basically no reason not to use parlay play.
