Don’t
I placed this order on May 26, 2026, for a part costing over $1,300. My original order confirmation showed an expected ship date of June 15.
It is now August 25 and I still do not have my order.
I have contacted Parts Town multiple times and spoken with several different representatives, including Anna Pullam on several occasions. Unfortunately, the experience has been the same regardless of who I speak with. I keep receiving new expected timeframes — “next week,” then another date, then another delay, and now I’m being told the middle of the following month.
I understand that backorders and manufacturer delays happen. What is unacceptable is keeping a customer waiting for months while repeatedly providing estimated dates that are not met. If Parts Town does not actually know when the part will be available, I would much rather be told that honestly from the beginning.
After waiting nearly three months for a $1,300+ order that was originally expected to ship June 15, I have lost confidence in the information Parts Town provides regarding availability and shipping dates.
If you are ordering a backordered or time-sensitive part from Parts Town, I strongly recommend confirming actual availability before relying on their estimated ship date.
