Terrible experience
Sadly, I’ve been a customer for many years. They couldn’t process a credit card multiple times even though my credit card said they processed it. They couldn’t figure out the problem. Said they didn’t know what to do isn’t that great

Amazing company and selection
Just started working at Dunkin’ Donuts as a technician. This site has helped me out tremendously. And when you call, the people are nice and friendly. Parts come within a day or two. Or if you wanna rush, you could pay extra.
Frustrated
Every time I have to go into the app I have to login. Even though I have remember login selected. When it freezes up and I I have to close it and go back in, have to input my login again. It’s pretty annoying and why I typically use the website.
Double gas burner for Bertazzoni stove
With the help of YouTube was able to replace the double burner with ease. The burner is now working great thanks to Partstown! I’ve just place another order for the bottom panel for the oven. I totally warped the bottom panel trying to make a home made pizza! Over zealous with the sauce😬

We have been trying to edit the information on the credit card screen. Very difficult to figure out. Still the wrong information is on the card that we use for instance, the name is not the one that is listed and the person who’s card it is has had her name changed make it easier to edit that information would be fantastic, thank you
