Setting up the Party Squasher app with my phone was very easy and greatly helped me manage my property and the number of people on it at any given time!
Bait and switch
I’ve had this device for about a year and just today I get a notification that my subscription is expiring and I need to renew. No big deal, loads of devices like this try to make money by charging a yearly fee. So I go into my account and I find for one year it cost twice as much as what I paid for the device to begin with. This is a total scam.

In September 2020, for the first time in four years, we increased our single-unit subscription price to keep a high level of service and continue investing in product development and cloud infrastructure. We sent emails to all our customers (for whom we had emails) who purchased our solution prior to that date to let them know that their subscription renewal price would be *perpetually* grandfathered. Please contact our team at support@partysquasher.com to receive instructions to keep your original subscription price.

I’ve used this for 3years. Clean, simple, easy... it allows me to know the home occupancy status when I’m not there.
What If
I love the concept and the app UX looks great.
If the app gets popular, someone is probably just going to start an outdoor phone charging station that allows party organizers to instruct guests their phones outside, safely and discreetly, the go inside to party.
