Horrible App
The app never lets me park in the underground parking which has more than ample space and never lets me know when space is available. All in all a horrible user experience when using this app. Truly horrible.
Not letting me in!
I paid $150.25/month and the gate is not opening for me. If you can’t properly build an automated system then please don’t do it at all. There are no backup ways to get in.
There’s no customer care number to contact. Also in app when I try to mail them it’s trying open the Mail app without showing the email address. I don’t use the default mail app. Super bad experience!

Doesn’t work at all
Gives errors when trying to end parking session, and no responses from email in “help” section. Highly doubt I'm going to get my money back from the issues caused by this app (anytime soon, if at all). Just use the normal pass/meter wherever you try to park. This app is not worth it AT ALL.
Which intern broke this app?
Nothing in this app works anymore, it keeps spitting esoteric programming object errors and doesn’t let anyone end the session. On top of that, there is no support to call to resolve the issue.
