Works until it doesn’t.
Do you enjoy confusing transportation zones, unworkable QR codes depending on the bus you are using, and the need to tell this app everything about yourself and first-born child? Then this is the app for you. You can Get kicked off buses despite having a validated pass. You can also Get locked out of your app since you need to switch phones for international travel and won’t have access to your account on the new phone.
In short, the bureaucrats took a good idea and added too many requirements to make this a simple to use app for public transit around the Grenoble area.
