Company will steal your tickets
Due to frequent travel I made the mistake of purchasing numerous tickets in advance to take advantage of the reductions offered. Unfortunately This app has stolen a number of pre-purchased tickets. When I complained I was told that this was because I needed a new version of the app?? Like most I automatically update the app so this seems unlikely. The tickets which they acknowledge exist still do not appear on the app. Some have and some are due to expire soon. If they had been visible I would have used them prior to the covid lockdown. I have asked for an extension. On previous experience I am not hopeful. Therefore buying in advance is a false economy. Buy on the day of travel only!

No Wallet
No apple wallet integration. This is like the easiest API to integrate with, as a dev myself. Poor app, poor company who built it - don’t contract them out.
Awful, does not work
This app is only half finished. I have successfully purchased tickets with it once but it never worked again afterwards.
