Company will steal your tickets
Due to frequent travel I made the mistake of purchasing numerous tickets in advance to take advantage of the reductions offered. Unfortunately This app has stolen a number of pre-purchased tickets. When I complained I was told that this was because I needed a new version of the app?? Like most I automatically update the app so this seems unlikely. The tickets which they acknowledge exist still do not appear on the app. Some have and some are due to expire soon. If they had been visible I would have used them prior to the covid lockdown. I have asked for an extension. On previous experience I am not hopeful. Therefore buying in advance is a false economy. Buy on the day of travel only!

No Wallet
No apple wallet integration. This is like the easiest API to integrate with, as a dev myself. Poor app, poor company who built it - don’t contract them out.
Awful, does not work
This app is only half finished. I have successfully purchased tickets with it once but it never worked again afterwards.
Didn’t get any tickets
The app itself is clear enough to use. However, I went to buy two tickets - I selected them and got to the screen for payment. I went off to get my credit card but it was over an hour before I came back to the app. The screen was still there with my order so I put my card details in and paid. My card was debited immediately but no tickets appeared and there is nothing showing under my orders. So I’ve lost almost 30 euros. Currently asking for my money back. Don’t know if it’s to do with the delay between selecting tickets and paying, but the app shouldn’t do this. Tried to send a message through the app to request help but that didn’t work either.

Would be perfect with Apple Wallet support plus option to remove used (out of stock) tickets from list. Thank you for a great app!
Needs work
Have to login/logout to get out of a "cart not verified" loop where you can't buy tickets. Timetables are not up to dates with schedule in stations. There was a 0:30 train advertised in the station. Why not in the app? Pull the schedules from an API! Payment with credit card goes to a cycle of redirections in a webview that feels broken
