Worst app ever
I can’t receive OTP, I can’t change my number. This is the worst app ever!
Not sending CODE
Please update/improve this app, it’s NOT sending code to mobile. Every time we call IT they always refer us to this app for self service but how can we do that if this app is not functioning properly

Does not work at all
App does not allow phone number to be updated , don’t know how employees are supposed to use it to do anything. This should be removed from account restore method as it is clearly nonfunctional & not receiving any updates.
It’s a great App
It’s a great App, but for some reason it no longer proceed after you entered your credentials. The screen got stuck and won’t provide OTP to unlock your account.
