unprofessional team

your team is unprofessional… they didn’t bring separate kit for blood collection unlike drlal pathlab or tata 1 mg…. they bring their open collection kit like which dont have any package that they are used or not😡

Worst service , Delay in Reports

They often delay in critical lab tests, and don’t have any sympathy on customers. As customers worried about their reports but due to work load and less resources lab assistants are overloaded and delay in delivery of reports. They change TAT day by day. So go for Lal, apollo or Orange lab

Pathetic experience

Even report is not downloading. Center did not shared the report. No operations quality control even rates are very high.

Extremely poor service and fake assurances

Worst customer service executives ever. Despite giving assurance of scheduling doctor’s call for review of lab report, customer service executives Mr. Mohit and Mr. Ashutosh lied about the whole setup. After payment they forget you and despite saying they will call you back after enquiry they ignore you after payment is done. Don’t trust these guys.
