Frustrating
After clicking the option “Pathway US” it completely kicks me out of the app and doesn’t even give me the option to sign in. I have updated the app and even tried deleting and redownloading it and still nothing! It continuously kicks me out before I get the chance to log in.

Have to restart when app crashes
App crashes on my new iphone 14 plus also bugs to where i can’t adjust the screen. i spent 5 hours on a course just to restart. UI and dash is terrible.

Pathway has historically been industry leading training that was nearly impossible go administrate without a Phd in conputer programing. Now, afterbnany updates, it is beginning to resemble something that would resenble intuitive! Still sone work to go

It is very glitchy, doesn’t save you login info and is faulty in how it tracks your progress.
Favorite training tool! (Apart from Sidekicks 😂)
This is such a great tool to use for training! Very versatile, so I’m able to use it for myself and in groups when I train on Grand Openings. Anything and everything I want/need to know about procedure is on here. All in all, this tool gets my Certified Trainer seal of approval!

The app needs to have pics ,videos, or something to show what the app is talking about . Like when it say not to grease the icedream (gibhopper) I have no idea what a (gibhopper ) even looks like . So it’s a bit uninformative .

Not letting me sign in
Menu option gone
Can we please put the menu option back on the app so we can navigate easily within sections? There use to be a side bar that listed everything or you could scroll to the bottom and continue to the next module. Nothing is organized and it’s hard to figure out the order. Not very user-friendly.
