I’d love to be able to use this app. I carefully input all the info required, yet the app still says something went wrong. I was hoping to see if my afib is slowing down, but I guess I’ll still have to use my smart watch for that. I’m disappointed.

The scanner does not work. I have yet to be able to register my device. It keeps telling me to try back in a week even when I type it in
App Is The Worst I've Ever Seen
CAN'T EVEN REGISTER THE DEVICE THROUGH THIS USELESS APP. THE SCAN FEATURE DOES NOT READ THE QR CODE. WHEN MANUALLY ENTERING THE REQUIRED INFORMATION, AN ERROR MESSAGE APPEARS AFTER NUMEROUS ATTEMPTS. AFTER DELETING AND REINSTALLING THE APP SEVERAL TIMES WITH THE SAME RESULT, I FINALLY GAVE UP. APP DEVELOPERS NEED TO ADDRESS THIS ISSUE.

Useless
Does not work with iPhone. No options or work around. Why offer this if no updates to the app? Don’t waste your time and makes me question whether my physician even monitors the device.

I am trying to register my device with my serial number but it just won’t work I am not even sure if this app is still being ran by anyone anymore though.

This does not work! I thought I would have a pleasant experience connecting it and then using the application! It constantly just tells me ‘something has gone wrong’!! It can’t even tell me what!! Useless - for the bin I think!!! Very depressing!
Disgraceful
Being that this app is for use with a device that’s been implanted due to having a heart condition it’s complete lack of functionality, complications using etc are something Biotronik should be ashamed of.
I sure hope the Biotronik device works better than this app
My rating should be a zero. This app has been a fail from the get-go. Can’t even register my device, and the App Support link is broken, so that says a lot right there. Yikes. I hope the medical device this app is supposed to support is okay. Now I’m worried. I’ll speak with my cardiologist tomorrow and voice my concern. Maybe he needs to find a better provider for implantable loop monitoring.

Features needed
The app needs to work on the latest version of IOS. it needs to tell me remaining battery life of my pacemaker. It needs to tell me all of the detailed data it is receiving on its monitor.

Terrible app
Do the developers even pay attention to the reviews being left about this app, so that they’re able to improve it? Because it doesn’t seem like it. It took me 2 tries before I was even able to download the app because the scanner doesn’t work, so everything had to be added manually and even after that, I still had to close out the app AGAIN and input everything in manually before I could even log in. The app is honestly a waste of space because it doesn’t show or record anything of importance in my opinion, just a question asking how you are feeling and shows the last time you recorded anything. This app needs a serious update

I’ve registered my account, verified my e-mail and can’t get past the spinning/thinking circle of death! It refuses to open from my iPhone 13 Pro Max that says it’s compatible with Biotronic’s app 🤦🏼♀️ This would obviously be a great tool to have to monitor my pacemaker from home. Unfortunately it’s nothing more than a colossal waste of my time!
For a company that has come so far in medical advances you’d think a simple app would be fairly easy for them to implement 🤷🏼♀️ So, so disappointed in this.

Schlecht, schlechter, am schlechtesten
Wie man eine so schlecht funktionierende, so patientenunfreundliche App auf den Markt bringen kann, deren Benutzung auf jeden Fall zum Anstieg des Blut führt, ist mir schleierhaft

Impossible to register. I gave carefully followed the instructions again and again. I give up
Limited usefulness
This app feels like an afterthought. The login isn’t persistent, isn’t recognized by Apple’s built-in password manager, doesn't have a URI set to be recognized by third party password managers, doesn’t support biometric login (Face ID, etc). Once you get in, it shows a splash screen asking how you’re feeling that won’t go away until 3-4 seconds after you press the X in the corner. Confirmation of the date/time of the last successful sync my pacemaker did is helpful. The teeny tiny graphs below it are of very limited use since you can’t zoom in or get the actual values being displayed. Would love to see more of my own data, in greater detail.

1. Die Darstellung der Daten ist verbesserungsnotwendig.
Hier meine Verbesserungsvorschläge, die auch dem Support vorliegen. Mir ist klar, dass das nicht von heute auf morgen geschieht! -Sonntage erscheinen auf der Tagesskala der Wochen-Ansicht nicht. -Die horizontale Achse ist generell nicht senkrecht über den Werten ausgerichtet. -Die Darstellung ist für ein Iphone viel zu klein. - -Keine Anzeige im Querformat. Ipad wird gar nicht bedient, obgleich dort eine optimale Darstellung möglich wäre. -Wenn der Server gewartet wird,keine Wartungsanzeige.
2. Auf die Frage, wieviel % die Batterielebensdauer bei aktivierter Home- Telemetrie verkürz wird, habe ich Antworten zwischen 1,5 und 15% (!) erhalten. Das ist nicht in Ordnung und wird dem Patienten in den Werbebroschüren nicht mitgeteilt.
