Patternwise is a calm, private journal for noticing your own health patterns. Track migraine, reflux, sleep, food, stress and the weather around you — all in one place — and see how they line up over time. Most trackers follow a single condition. Patternwise is built to hold several at once, so you can spot connections a one-condition app would miss — like how a short night's sleep or a skipped meal tends to show up around a flare. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Log a symptom in seconds — what, how intense, done. Add detail only if you want to. • Track food, drinks and lifestyle factors (sleep, stress, exercise, and your own custom ones). • Track for yourself or someone you care for, with separate private profiles. • See gentle, honest insights — a calendar and frequency view, plus a look-back at what you logged in the hours around an entry (for context, never as a cause). • Auto-capture weather and pressure, and — with your permission — last night's sleep, so there's less to type. • Export a clean summary or CSV to keep, or to share with your doctor. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Everything you log stays on your device, encrypted. There's no account, no sign-up, and nothing is sent to a server. Optional AI summaries run entirely on your device.
