Cannot search for additional businesses

Once you select a business, you can no longer search for more. Please fix this!

Works great!

App downloaded easily & works fine! I used for our grooming appt & had no issues.

Bugs

My biggest problem is when I try to upload photos of pets, occasionally it’ll say ‘upload failed’, crash, and when I reopen the app it’s logged me out. Not to mention you have to hit ‘complete’ multiple times on tasks.

Update glitch

I just updated the app and lost access. I can login through the website but the app gives an error. Tried “contact us” but that goes to the doggie daycare not the app developer. Website says Login to Contact Us and again goes to the doggie daycare not Paw Partner.

Can’t find other businesses

Once you select a business, that’s it, you can’t change it. You can’t remove it, can’t view others. If you’re traveling and are looking in a different zipcode, forget it, you are locked in. Completely useless for me.

Apple Watch support

I like the app, but it would be so great if it could be used on the Apple Watch for certain quick access things like looking at the days notes!

Locked into using one business

I downloaded this app so I could view local grooming businesses and see their available schedules without having to call each business individually. I selected the first business, let’s just call it “Doggy Resort”, and checked their schedule. There wasn’t any availability so I backed out; however now whenever I go to search local businesses, the only options I’m presented with is booking a reservation with Doggy Resort. This business has been set as my “Preferred” option and now I can’t search anything new, can’t unselect it as preferred, can’t do anything besides book an appointment with that specific business. I even go to the app’s “Contact Us” link for support, and it’s only letting me contact the Doggy Resort! There are other businesses in my area, but I can’t even view them anymore because the app is bugged out! Even completely closing the app didn’t fix this issue. I have no idea how to fix this and can’t find a way to contact the app’s support besides writing a review right here.

Apple Watch support

I like the app, but it would be so great if it could be used on the Apple Watch for certain quick access things like looking at the days notes!

Pretty good, but could use some upgrades!

I would love facial recognition for logging in, and for employees to have the option to release and pick up shifts so it’s not manually changed!

FaceID

It sure would be nice to be able to login with FaceID.

Game Changer

I was opening a new facility in MA and was doing pen to paper for everything; scheduling clients & staff, billing, notes on new clients coming in, etc. It was suggested by one of my techie customers to investigate an app to organize my business. I did some research and found Paw Partner to be an app & not a portal, which was what I wanted.

Right from the start they were extremely helpful and always available. I had great support for all the training that was required and Paw Partners always picked up the phone. Never once have I called where someone did not answer or get back to me right away.

As a result of implementing this technology, I have tripled my business revenues in just three years. Customers find it very easy to use and appreciate all of the benefits Paw Partners provides for them. For example, payment are easy, as well as making reservations. They also appreciate the check out emails because they can keep track of their purchases very efficiently.

It’s a Start in the Right Direction

I work for a dog trainer who has tried many other platforms over her time in business. We started using Paw Partner last summer and overall it’s a great system. As with many other platforms, there are some limitations that can be frustrating. However, the team is always responsive to our inquiries and needs, and are willing to add new things when possible or be at the ready with a workaround solution.

App support needed - no way to contact Developer?

I’m only writing this review because I’ve searched everywhere for some way to contact the developer for end user support, but they don’t provide any way to connect.
My home page is supposed to have a clickable section for “Package Credits” but that has never been visible to me. I currently have 7 credits on a purchased package from the dog trainer we use via Paw Partner, so I know it SHOULD be visible. How can I get help to troubleshoot why this important feature is missing for me?

Totally Non User Friendly

My doggie daycare facility is now using this app. It seemingly has no way to purchase daycare passes or to make reservations for recurring, non-consecutive days. It is not user friendly in any way.

I’m a confused consumer regarding pricing

Apparently the boarding place I’ve used in the past now uses this app. I went to download and it says there are in-app purchases of $3.99/mo, but when I looked at pricing within the app it sounds like the business is paying monthly fees and not the customer. So now I’m confused about who has to pay to use the app - the business or the customer? As a consumer I don’t want to have to pay a monthly fee to make a daycare or boarding appointment. That’s a real turn-off, and it should be more clear on who bears the burden of cost so customers can make a more informed decision.

Update: the developer clarified that portions of the app are free to use and additional features can be unlocked for a monthly fee of $3.99. The free features don’t include the ability to check occupancy for your preferred dates/times. Instead you have to send a request to the facility and then wait for their confirmation. I would personally rather just call to confirm availability and make my appointments. Though I do see the benefit of this app for the business in helping to organize, I am saddened that the developer is charging clients for a critical feature that really should be free — especially considering that the business is already paying a sizable monthly fee.

The app itself is free to download and use for making reservations, updating vaccines, and seeing posts of your pet at your Preferred Pet Facility. There is an upgraded premium feature which adds occupancy checking and alerts for services. This premium feature is available for 3 months free trial and $3.99/month after that. This premium feature service is not a required purchase to use this app.

Pet Based Social Media - ALL 4 Paws Up!

As a crazy dog mom, I miss my dogs when they’re boarding. Paw Partner has connected me to Floyd and Nelson’s boarding experience and makes me feel more comfortable when I’m on vacation and they’re partying with their friends! I love it!
