App no longer working
We can t select the region for 2 weeks as such the app can t be used and there is no assistance
L’application et la litière qui ne marchent pas. SAV ne répond pas
L’application ne fonctionne pas. La litière non plus et malgré 3 mails au service client, aucune réponse de la marque. C’est clairement une arnaque

La litière est bourré de bugs mais personne ne répond aux demande d’aide.
À croire que la société a mis la clé sous la porte sans prévenir ses clients.

Seit Tagen Probleme mit der App mit unterschiedlichen Fehlermeldungen. Region nicht abrufbar für Deutschland macht das Registrieren oder Einloggen unmöglich. PAWBBY Customer Support reagiert seit über 1 Woche nicht. App benötigt dringend ein Update!

Eine Anmeldung mit der App ist nicht mehr möglich, bei solch einem Preis, Dringend ein Update erforderlich, sehr sehr ärgerlich.

Die App funktioniert nicht mehr. Auch nach Neuinstallation ist ein anmelden oder registrieren nicht möglich. Dementsprechend kann sich auch nicht mit dem Gerät verbunden werden. Sehr ärgerlich bei dem Preis vom Katzenklo.

The litter box works great but the app screen turns white once opened. Please fix it!
Worked Till it Didn’t
The app stopped working and it says waste compartment full even though it’s completely empty. Had for a less than a year. Very disappointed right now.
App suddenly not working
I love my PAWBBY litter box, but I need the app to completely work again. When I click on the litter box in the app, it just turns white (on iPhone) and doesn’t do anything. When I use my Samsung and do the same thing, it just quits altogether. Can you please fix???
No longer works with IOS 26 and customer support number no longer working.
App no longer loads when connecting to cat box device. There is no app support or updates for ayear. The app is useless.
