Luna was very helpful and direct with details to help with all the questions regarding my pet. Sure hope I can build a bond with her to get Meech on the non chewing track!

No experience??

Hi Luna, you are a very smart dog! I love your advice and I am going to start taking Olive out first and do some focus exercises before we add the other three dogs. We lost one dog yesterday😭 the dogs are very sad. But thank you for your advice Luna!!

Very helpful

The talk I had with Eva has given me some ideas of what to try with Jack. Eva wasn’t negative on what we had been trying and gave positive advice. Having someone to get different feedback and ideas from without being judged is great x thanks Eva

The app has small daily lessons, each lesson slowly & steadily moving towards better dog (& owner) behaviour

Scam and stole my money

What was advertised as a once off purchase turned out to be an ongoing subscription. I cancelled it last year and then found PawChamp restarted the subscription this May without my authorisation. It was extremely difficult to get a refund from them with them constantly offering partial refunds and discounted subscriptions. I did eventually get a full refund but steer clear of them. They are thieving scammers.

Beware of Recurring Charges

I had a very disappointing experience with this app. I was repeatedly charged for a subscription even though I couldn’t access or identify any account associated with my email or payment information. I contacted customer support several times but never received a response or any help recovering my account.

The charges continued, and I ultimately had to cancel my credit card to stop them. I have also filed a dispute with Visa and will be reporting this issue to Apple.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this app.f

Cancellation

I had to cancel my suit Paw Champ because I could no longer afford the monthly charge. Paw Champ made me an offer o literally could not refuse. I’m happy. My pup is happy. Thank you Paw Champ!

Teresa provided easy and detailed steps to take right away to start helping my dog be relaxed in the car. I’m looking forward to trying these methods. I felt confident in Teresa’s knowledge of the situation I was dealing with.
