Rubbish
After the update last month, it just keeps trying to redeem points after every transaction. I have checked the settings but it still does this. Please look at resolving this asap.
A heaping pile of garbage on wheels
You know how you can a feeling of confidence when using a well designed fintech app that provides visual and UI clues about what is happening and what you might do if things go wrong? This app has none of those things. Maybe that’s fine if you can use it for its intended purpose but that’s the problem. I get an error when I enter my credit card number. And then that’s the end of the journey. I have called my bank to try to get it resolved but that didn’t work out. So now I need to find Mastercard’s phone number to try and resolve the issue. This is not how a simple reward app should work in 2026.

Logs me out all the time
Why does this log me out all the time? I input my data and few weeks later the app just logs me out and I have to input everything manually again. Been like this for years. Pathetic.
Never works
Tried downloading it twice and it couldn’t recognize my card even though it works on the web version. It also doesn’t seem to track spending accurately if at all. After having the card for almost 3 years and using everyday, there’s only 5000 points on there
Terrible
This app doesn’t work.Its waste of download.I tried so so many times & after adding all details it says something is wrong try again .please fix this app or delete it’s not working
