J’ai un distributeur qui fonctionne avec cette app au travail. J’ai voulu recharger lappli de 5€ et encore 5€ 2 semaine plus tard. J’ai été débiter mais mon crédit ne c’est jamais recharger. Clairement c’est du vol. Et aucune réponse sur l’application.

Not happy
I have over £10 in my account and I can't log in after reinstalling the app. Very often the app does not want to connect to the machines.

Pointless
Topped up £5 (for a £2 snack) and the app didn’t even work. Nevermind the app being clunky and basic, half the buttons on the sidebar not working, empty activities etc. And to top it off it has sus reviews duplicated reviews that seem to all follow similar templates. I want my money back

L’appli fonctionne bien et fait le job. Une version pour Apple Watch aurait été apprécié. Le paiement est possible via l’enregistrement d’une CB/visa/Mastercard, je n’ai pas trouvé la possibilité de recharger via Apple Pay mais cela n’est pas bloquant pour moi. Un grand oui donc a cette appli qui facilite le quotidien !! Bravo à l’équipe !

Terrrible app
Had to download this in order to use a vending machine- minimum top up is £5. Did this and bought two items from the machine only for ‘product not dispensed’ to come up on the screen and only 4p refunded to my credit instead of the 2.60 spent! No way to get a refund, what a waste of money
