App doesn’t connect to the machines, doesn’t let you change your phones number keeps saying my in gg location not uk even tho I keep changing it and the you message the support and get nothing back

J’ai un distributeur qui fonctionne avec cette app au travail. J’ai voulu recharger lappli de 5€ et encore 5€ 2 semaine plus tard. J’ai été débiter mais mon crédit ne c’est jamais recharger. Clairement c’est du vol. Et aucune réponse sur l’application.
