Never recognizes passwords
You have to create a new password every single time you try to open this App. It never recognizes current password. I set up face recognition to get around this and it never works either

Lazy implementation
Rarely functional, regardless of which device or network login attempts are made from. Perhaps the Oasis system underneath this app is no better. It's easy to imagine that the usability is never addressed because end users are locked into this by their employer.
Won’t SMS verification code
When I call, I’m put in a loop and cannot get into my account. There use to be an email verification process but it seems that took that away and the codes don’t go through my text messages. Its impossible to get to my W-2
Horrible operation
There is absolutely no reason why I should be having to sign in twice and open two pop ups just to be able to see my check or clock in and out. Absolutely ridiculous
So clunky and worse than webpage
Just to clock in to work takes forever, it’s multiple steps and shouldn’t have to scroll through an app to clock in or out. Wait until you get to talk to customer service and see how good you get taken care of.
Worst app
It never lets me in and i’ve started to just give up checking. Every time I try to sign in it tells me my username is wrong, then i try to”forget username” and it gives me the same username I tried time and time over. On top of that every time I try and sign in i have to reset my password. Then I try to reset password and it almost always doesn’t even send my email the reset password link I’ve tried at least 30 times in the last 20 minutes and have yet to get an email back from them 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

Utterly Terrible Service
I’ve never written a review on an app before. Im only writing this in hopes that companies see this and choose another financial service app for their business. I’d suggest ADP or practically anything else over this. There are bugs all over the place, the user interface is confusing and most of the functions do not work. I’ve been using this for over a year because my employer uses it and nothing has been changed.

Worse app ever made
I can’t even log into it on this app I have to go to my browser to see my paychecks. This app is so bad it’s just a waste of space I’m finally just deleting it. It’s so bad. In my 26 years of living this is by far the worst app to ever exist in all of mankind.

The absolute worst. Constantly crashes, Face ID works half the time. Makes you change the password but then glitches won’t allow you to make a new one. I am constantly going to H.R. for simple issues because this app is trash
Can’t ever log in if i could give 0 i would
I have tried numerous times to log in even by resetting the password but no matter how many times i try and put my user name or password or even try to change it, it doesn’t even send me the email. I’m getting really frustrated over this because i constantly check my pay but with this new app I can’t.

Worst app ever, will not let you clock in 9 out of 10 times, how hard could it possibly be to make an app that simply logs the current time, twice a day? I’m a second year comp sci major and even I could do it better, it wouldn’t be pretty but at least it would WORK
Slow and ALWAYS glitchy!!!!
For some reason I can never log in. The face ID doesn’t work and logging in normally with password will get you locked out!!!! So frustrating!!! Always have to reset my password for no good reason. You think they would fix it with all these bad reviews.

This is the worst employee portal app I’ve ever used by far. Interface is terrible and in no way intuitive. I feel like just making a simple time off requests requires an engeering degree from MIT. The mobile app for your phone is pretty much useless.

My employer shared that we had to download this app but no where in the description does it share the app cost $18.99!
