Never Works
This app is trash. It won’t let me login on the app, but I can use the same email and password online and it works fine. But that does not help use my rewards. Then when I try to tap “forgot password” on the app, it just sends me to an error page. What a joke. Do not use this. It’s horrible and I may have lost all of my rewards because of it.

Terrible. Used to work great now the developers dont keep up with Apple updates. Vendors that use service even say its awful. Be nice if it worked again.

Concept is good, app doesn't work...
App doesn't work on iPhone 6 Plus. Even after deleting app, rebooting, and reinstalling, still does not work properly. Code does not show to scan. Not convenient. Have to carry loyalty card instead.

Other companies are trying to do this but Paycloud is ahead. Love the interface, easy to move around in. Download this app! Highly suggested. Within 6 months (places are always being added) I'm sure you'll find yourself saving 15-20% at places I always go to! Thanks Paycloud team
Not quite what I expected
This app's description states that the app can "manage your reward and gift cards" and "[r]eplace your plastic gift & loyalty cards." That may be true, but it's only possible to do that at a limited number of retailers -- none of which seem within a day's drive of me.
Interesting concept
I believe this app and process is right there as far as innovation and cutting edge. As more vendors catch on this will be big due to the fact most people can't live without their smartphone. I am anticipating good things with this app!
Cool but...
Very cool concept. Need to simplify account creation like some other apps. Setup new account process takes too long when other people are waiting in line. The orange earn rewards button needs to be much bigger. On my iPhone the rewards progress bar has disappeared and I cannot get it back(tried unrolling and reinstalling the app).

Few kinks at first but now that they are fixed, this is an awesome app! Now I need some businesses to catch up to the times and start taking this! Maybe it is too expensive for them, but "if you build it, (I) will come"!
Not useful at all!
Downloaded app and found that NOTHING in the south Florida area is a participant in this program. My guess is there is a very limited usage are for this app and probably relates to Mom and pop establishments. Also don't like the fact you open yourself up to a myriad of email and text notifications. Please read the agreement carefully before joining.

Doesn't work
In a world of way too many discount apps this one is dead on arrival. We went to several andersonville (chicago) merchants to redeem your small discounts and encountered frustration on their behalf and ours. They still gave us the discount even though your system didnt work. Surprised you actually raised any money to support this concept.
