Unusable
Won’t take my HSA card. Does not even display the correct amount due. I’ve just had to call into my provider and pay over the phone because it is always over $1000 off of what my actual amount due is. Displays paid bills as past due. Just a completely unusable platform.
Glitchy
Used this for the first time today and I am not impressed. It froze up right away and did not let me access anything after that point.
Won’t verify address when taking photo of the bill .
Have tried manually inputting the bill and taking photo to input neither will work to verify the address so it won’t allow the bill to be paid . Unfortunately the company I am paying ONLY uses this app so payments have to be paid in cash in person since the app doesn’t work.
Frustrating!
There should be a way to enter the provider info ONCE and then be able to make subsequent payments without having to add in ALL the information every month.
It *says* I can use one of my previous providers but when I try to actually use it it gives errors, and the error’s endlessly loop without clear instructions on what is wrong or how to fix it.
The app just seems needlessly awkward and cumbersome, like it was poorly programmed.

Pay Ground
The app is broken. I’ve tried it on multiple days and devices. It will not open on my iPhone, iPad or PC. I can’t be the only one with these issues. I’ve paid Optima medical online before, without this app. But, this is ridiculous.
Won’t load
Download app for paying some physical therapy bills… Every time I open it just gets stuck on a purple screen with a white triangle… Deleted the app and reinstalled and still does the same thing… So far horrible experience and I haven’t even gotten into the app yet…

Fantastic App to Pay all my Healthcare Bills!
This app has been fantastic to pay all my healthcare bills in one place. No more hunting down my checkbook, or using multiple logins it’s all in the app.
Big Time Saver!
I’ve started paying my medical bills through this app and it does all the work for you. I just take a quick snapshot of the bill or enter in a little info and it does the rest. It’s great!
Did Not Connect to HSA
I tried to pay my health care bills using my HSA credit card, only to see that I would be charged a fee to do so, since the provider was not signed up. I then went through the steps to add my banking institution, and the app would not allow me to add my HSA banking account, did not recognize the institution’s name. After all this time, I am unable to use the app without being charged fees, which is prohibitive to ask the payor/user to incur.

We understand that paying a fee for a service can be frustrating. We use a well-known third party service called Plaid to help link checking and savings bank accounts securely. Plaid does strive to cover most checking account institutions, but there are some, for various reasons, that they are not able to support securely. We recommend linking a different bank account (if you have one) to Plaid. We do know that most HSA institutions will allow for you to reimburse yourself if you can go that route.
