“I spoke with a Payme recovery agent and paid my EMI amount. They told me that the extra amount showing would be removed within 24 hours, but it has been 3 days and I haven’t received any resolution. On top of that, they are still charging daily interest even after the payment.
There is no proper contact number available—only email support, and they keep forwarding the same email again and again. There is no person to talk to, no customer executive available. This is very frustrating and helpless. I would never recommend this service.
Their executives behave poorly as well—if you don’t make the payment, they start calling your family within 2 days, and even after you pay, they don’t respond and keep adding interest. This app seems fake.”

Dont ever take loan from this app... they will harrass you for no reason... i took a loan once and that was my biggest mistake... they will start calling us before 3-4 days of the emi date... first they give you 4-5 IVR calls then after that their recovery agents starts calling us... even when i told them i will pay one day earlier from the Repayment date still they forced me to do repayment 2-3 days earlier. When i refused they started to talk in a very rude manner. We are taking loans from you and giving a heavy intrest rate not to handle your ill mannered agents... i repayed the loan last year still i get the call from their side everyday... i block each and every number still they give call from a new number everyday..... now if you dont stop giving me a calls i will issue a legal notice against you. I m done with this non sense.

Extremely Disappointing – Misleading Promises!
I was approved for a certain limit, and yet, even after three days, the amount has not been disbursed. Every time I reach out, I’m told to wait another 48 hours—as if stalling is their only strategy. If there is a clear Turnaround Time (TAT) for disbursal, why not stick to it? And if they cannot disburse, they should simply reject the application upfront instead of keeping customers hanging with false hope.
This kind of service is not just unprofessional; it’s outright misleading. People plan their finances based on approvals, and delays like this can cause major inconvenience. I would strongly advise against relying on this service unless you enjoy endless waiting with no clear answers!

Yes, people do face some critical situations. Even though I m doing late payment. I’m paying with the penalty still you guys are harassing me. Dear Payme team teach your employees some respect towards customers. If you can’t please stop giving loans to the people. Sachin he called me regarding the late payment I explained my situation I did note received my salary so tomorrow I’ll close I mentioned. He started shouting at me and asking me to pay today itself. As I’m politely asking for the time how can he talk to the customers like that. This is how you train your employees?? And they started sms bombarding as this is a kind of website where customer receive huge number of otps. Yes I’m suffering from it your so called employee is harassing me through that method. Until now I received 300 otps. Do you take all these harassment’s and words back after I close this loan???

One of the worst app that I can ever think of. 1. They don't respect their loyal customers. 2. They don't give loan on time 3. They don't pay attention to any tickets raised I have been using this app for years now and have always made payment on time. This month, due to some medical emergency, I wanted to buy couple of days more to make the payment. These guys are so inconsiderate that the collections kept bothering me, calling me multiple times, harassing me. I, as a loyal customer, didn't avoid them (just a days delay).
Instead I kept asking for some and assuring them that I would make the payment. I made the payment on priority and applied for another loan on purpose just to check if they give the loan on time and here it is again the same story of waiting. My payment deadline was 15th May 2024. Instead of having enough amount in my bank ac they have failed the auto debit and levied a bounce charge also I was unable to pay the due manually because at that point of time pay now option was not activated. Then I received a call from Pay Me and I paid the amount manually and they assured bounce charge will be removed but till now it hasn’t been resolved. I have raised tickets and drop mail multiple times but they are not responding at all.
I can’t understand why bounce charge has been levied on or before due date? I haven’t seen any pay later who levy bounce charge on or before due date. As researched, other platforms like simpl and lazy pay do levy bounce charge but after the due date.

I have applied for the loan from this Payme application and they have taken all my details but they dont give you any loan instead of that what they do they give your details to other providers and they keep sending you messages , they already did auto-debit process from my bank account to take loan amount back that they didn’t disbursed and if you try to contact they is no customer contact service and they dont even allow you to delete you account. And if I tried logging out my account then also they ask you details they dont even allow you logging out your account. And if your guys are reading my comment then do Delete my account and Delete all my details from your server and send me the confirmation mail or message that you guys have deleted my account and my details from your server else i have to go to consumer court to file a case against you...

Loam Amount is not disbursed to my account
Ak not sure what exactly is happening .. I have filled all my details and have done all the required steps and then it showed me a screen saying that you loan amount will be disbursed in 24 hours but it’s been 4-5 days and still no money has been credited. Also whenever am trying to open the App the same screen is spinning and showing the same message that the disbursal will be done in 24 hours. Am not able get anything from their contact button on the screen. I have submitted all the signed copy of documents they asked for am really worried as Ak not able to take the money neither am able to revoke my application as I am not able to trust on this App.

My wife took a loan from this Fraudster company Payme, and suddenly due to her maternal condition she left the job and due to this, her salary got late die to FnF closure. We requested them multiple times to spare us some time and we’ll pay the loan on 10th of Dec or Max by 11th of Dec as It’s Sunday. They started calling our relatives as we are the defaulters and once we got to know this from our natives, Payme person Monu Singh called and started threatening on a call to my wife and forcefully said that you’ll have to pay it right now, I’ll not give you anymore time. Later on, he was pushing all this on us saying you were misbehaving with me and we’ll report it to credit bureaus and call your references to tarnish your image more and I’ll teach you a lesson. We have a call recording of all this and will register a complaint officially against Payme app.

They give a less amount and take more than the usual amount shown on the display so i prefer better not to use this app rather use another app to take loan it's a total scam. Example if you took 5000 you will get 3400 something and you have to pay 5200 something 🤣 that's really joke and they showcase 3 month tenure but in the end you need to give back in one month so disgusted app better text me up to take loan i will give you sum of amount in little interest. I pray and may this app get so low rating that app store and play store just banned them up and well appreciate to ui ux designer and the app developer but not the owner he or she is scammer, may this app owner just die in debt

App error along with delayed Disbursement
I applied for the loan with PaymeIndia on 25th August . I just got the loan disbursement email from them.
I didnt get any Loan within 24 hours as mentioned on the App and according to their policies. I wanted to contact their support but I have been stuck with page on the app that’s reflecting me to wait for disbursal , i will attach the screenshot showing that of today.
I received the payment from payment gateway eazebuzz of INR 8,547 after 5 days. I contacted easebuzz they confirmed me its from Payme India as on my app it shows my payment hasn’t been disbursed yet and its asking me to wait for the disbursement.
I am not sure how to repay the amount as my app isnt working or showing me anything related to disbursement.
I tried contacting them today on the toll free number i somehow managed to get but it told me they are closed due to raksha bandhan .
Kindly assist me on this as soon as possible as if something goes haywire i am not someone in question.
I am really disappointed because if someone is in need of money doesn’t mean we are gonna get conned like this.
