This company and this app is Garbage
Universities and government agencies signed up for this left and right because of paymode’s aggressive marketing tactics. I’m a vendor who has used this service at my clients request many times and an order I fulfilled to Clemson University is now 45 days unpaid because Paymode held the payment. Clemson now saying its paymode; paymode saying it’s Clemson, my business going unpaid! Forget this service, unsubscribe and use ACH or Zelle like everyone else in the world!

Super sleep app, very intuitive and easy to use. Can approve payments on the go in 2 seconds!
Wonky
They are a fine a company and have good customer service but the app is very buggy. Constantly have to delete it and reload it. Times out all the time. Consistent error messages preventing me from seeing future payments.
Deceptive
No information on the cost of this app. And when downloaded it’s 38.50. Beware. RIP OFF!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Incredibly slow to load
Incredibly slow to load. App gets to the 2 step verification screen and just spins and spins with out loading.

Pay 1% just to see payments? Ripoff
Crap. In order for me to just get a notification when my customer pays me I have to give them 1.25% of my gross? Ripoff. Who would pay $100,000 a year just to get an iMessage notification?

I’m able too see all my payment and remittance data for my payments. The voice piece is pretty cool as well.
