I deeply regret using this app. Don’t let the 5 star ratings fool you. They’re paid for. These people cancelled multiple payments because the receiving account does not support international wire transfer and when I asked if I could get one, they issued it. I repeatedly, almost crazily repeatedly asked if they were sure I wouldn’t get cancellations and if the account could actually receive international SWIFT wire transfers, and the repeatedly said yes. Fast forward to now, all the initiated payments have been cancelled, brands said they have successfully paid me, but Payoneer said they cancelled the payments, all these are happening while Payoneer is deducting charges on cancelled payments. I’m losing so much money, my sanity, and time that should be invested into my work and family. They delete comments on Instagram and locked their section. They don’t respond on any platforms and take years to even respond to emails. This is where I’ve found myself. I’ve cried all morning because I don’t know where to go from here. Just avoid them.

Sloppy coding work
Not impressed. This app will not initiate a payment on an iPad……… because you have to “rotate device” and that doesn’t work. Apple products are such a commonly used device, you think this would have been one of the first things tested. Don’t bother downloading this app, it’s a waste of time.

i’m using Payoneer to withdraw my payment from Upwork and Fiver. Also, I’m taking payments from my clients from all over the world. Never faced any issues just love it!!
HORRIBLE APP
This app takes a million years to make an account. It says to wait two working days for them to review your information, which at first they will reject at least a dozen times and then the app stops working. Next the information goes to be reviewed for two days but two weeks and you won’t hear back. It’s known to be a joke that if this is the app a platform is using to pay you, you are not going to get paid. Customer service is beyond poor and right now I am unable to even make an account, I wonder what hell it will be once you make the account.

Literally have been trying for months to make an account. It’s impossible. Customer service is non existent, and the app keeps going into “something is wrong, please try again” loops. Just get PayPal or something, this app sucks

This app is ridiculous with all the hoops/documents they want submitted. It's been a week and I just checked the progress. Two items were not good enough for them and have to be resubmitted. I have a Wells Fargo checking account currently plus Apple Cash, Venmo, PayPal and Cash App. I've previously had accounts at several other financial institutions over the years and NEVER was I expected to provide the info this platform requires. They can shove it and I will just have to find other ways to supplement my income bc I refuse to jump through any more hoops. I feel like this is yet another way that low income people are being targeted and discriminated against.
