You cannot reach even a basic support features
It’s very protected very hard to get into my own account 😂
Payoneer is super secure only have trouble signing into my account because it’s so sensitive.

Get transfer company pay only through Payoneer , and as a U.S. citizen me and my friends Payoneer is not creating our account with out any reason so donot trust them they are scamming for get transfer ride company be aware I have all the proof

I downloaded this app thinking that it would support me in paying someone who is developing an app for me outside of my country. after giving my information to this app, I tried searching up my freelancer by his email and it couldn’t find anyone. My freelancer then tried to do the same for me and he had no luck too. Do not waste your time with with this app, it is not worth it.

I deeply regret using this app. Don’t let the 5 star ratings fool you. They’re paid for. These people cancelled multiple payments because the receiving account does not support international wire transfer and when I asked if I could get one, they issued it. I repeatedly, almost crazily repeatedly asked if they were sure I wouldn’t get cancellations and if the account could actually receive international SWIFT wire transfers, and the repeatedly said yes. Fast forward to now, all the initiated payments have been cancelled, brands said they have successfully paid me, but Payoneer said they cancelled the payments, all these are happening while Payoneer is deducting charges on cancelled payments. I’m losing so much money, my sanity, and time that should be invested into my work and family. They delete comments on Instagram and locked their section. They don’t respond on any platforms and take years to even respond to emails. This is where I’ve found myself. I’ve cried all morning because I don’t know where to go from here. Just avoid them.

The service and everything is good I’m suppose to give a 5 star I’m giving a 4 star cause of the withdrawal limit it needs to be reduced to like 10$ as shown on the display here on AppStore

The experience with this app has been extremely poor and frustrating due to excessively complicated and unjustified document requests. To make matters worse, I was surprised to find that they completely removed the support and communication feature from my account. When I tested another account, support was actually there and working, which shows an unacceptable flaw or bias in how accounts are handled!"

Worst of its kind support
Payoneer is no longer a good service provider unknown policies and hidden charges worst exchange rates and high fees. Their support don’t bother to reply on time and usually replied copy paste ai responses totally opposite to the question or issue.
