Zero stars! I’m at the end of the road with these people! I’ve tried for the last month to contact PayPadz and they’ve consistently taken money out of my account and haven’t even allowed me to utilize the services! I had to wait 30 days to be approved and then they asked me for documents regarding proof of rent, bank account ect. It’s been all for nothing. I’ve asked them to please cancel my account and they fail to respond to emails! They don’t even have a phone #! I’ve gone so far as to contact my bank! Paypadz if you see this cancel my account! This is seriously the worst app ever!

Don’t do it! Never got approved, I’ve been waiting for almost a year now and it’s still pending verification. I have sent a request to cancel my account and that’s still pending too. Still to this day they’re trying to charge my account each month.

I’m trying to find a way to cancel and it won’t let me. You have to have a card file and it won’t let you cancel. I reported the app for fraud. Please help me get these people reported and shut down!!
Paid the fee -App is now blank
I installed and paid for the subscription and entered my info for verification. I checked it today and the app is blank! Being that k work in telecommunications, I will be escalating as high as this can go…
Update: I have reached out 4 times since February to have my account cancelled. I woke up this morning to an overdraft fee from this company again taking money from my account. I am in the process now of contacting my states Attorney General to have this issue resolved

Be careful
I signed up and paid the fee required, and I have been waiting for more than two months to be approved. This is a totally scam, very disappointed.
Scam!!
I have reached out three times to get my account closed due to my verification taking way over 30 days. I have received no response and I am still being charged. This is app is definitely useless.

Waste of money
I know for a fact it’s been 60 days since I went through the verification process and it still says that I have to wait 30 days for verification yet I was charged if I’m not going to be able to use the app then I need a refund asap since there isn’t even a way to communicate with anybody.

Stay away ! They steal your money for a useless service that doesn’t exist
I signed up 2-3 months ago and ever since I have not been able to sign back into the account since I first joined meaning I haven’t been able to use the service and when I try to sign in system says my account doesn’t exist or when I try to reset my password (even though it’s the correct password) but yet my $24.99 a month charge does exist for them to be charging me each month for a service I’m not able to use since my “account doesn’t exist” honestly this is garbage and stay away from this app it’s nothing but a scamming app.

I agree with the guy above, I do everything they say now they been ghost for 3 days & when I try to connect my bank account again manually to get funds, their is a loading zip quickly going across on app & browser I feel they are fraud

Unresponsive. Plaid made me think it’s legit. But the customer service is poor. Don’t do it.
Scam & fake
This is a scam & fake service. I signed up thinking if I need assistance with all going on I can use this app however it states pending verification. Don’t add your card info because they’ll keep trying to charge your card and then when you email them there is never a response. I contacted my bank and the BBB to file a consumer complaint. Don’t be fooled by this app it doesn’t work and I’m sure the positive reviews are all fake.

Scam Stay Away
I’ve been paying the fee for three months, it was like pulling teeth to get my account verified or approved. Once that happened and my 30 days passed I tried to apply well no response no nothing. So I applied for another month and I’ve been waiting for 3 weeks and I’ve sent several emails and been told that they are working on it. Well rent is due in 3 days and there has been nothing. I expect a full refund this is theft!!!

Shady customer service and took payments after account was closed
Hi there! I’m writing this in hopes that someone that needs to see this or has experienced similar with this company can know it’s not worth the download. I signed up for PayPadz while on FMLA and needed to get assistance at that time. I did everything needed and my account still said verifying for several weeks. I attempted to email a response took a week and they had no information for me. I went ahead and canceled at this time as the service clearly could not help me. A refund was requested and I was told it would come back to me. Mind you I only had the account about 3 1/2 weeks at that time. The account as I said was canceled. Cue the following month, a second payment was pulled from my bank account despite the PayPadz account being closed. I again emailed to find out what happened. I was told they would look into the matter and refunds would be released in the order of receipt. I obviously shouldn’t have been charged and pointed this out. About a week ago ANOTHER charge was attempted to be pulled from my bank account. There were no funds available in that account to have a payment processed due to not using that account for anything but online payments so the payment was rejected. Again I contacted PayPadz and advised them they still owed me for the initiation of the account and now two payments taken without authorization. Again a support member emailed back and said they could cancel my account and refunds issued in order of receipt. I emailed back and provided screenshots that all of that was already done and now they’re stealing. I was apologized to for the “inconvenience” however the request for refund would be under review. Having tried to handle this situation with them calmly and studiously, I had had enough. I had to screenshot everything and dispute it with my bank account. Mind you the bank ruled in my favor and the account management from PayPadz is blocked. This company scams already hurting families out of money on the promise to help with their rent. Don’t download this app. Save your $25 dollars a month and put that towards your bills.

Zero response/Signed up on March 27th
Hi! I am writing this in the hopes that someone from paypadz reads this since they disabled all commenting on both Instagram & Facebook. I signed up, paid the fee, connected by bank, provided all necessary paperwork and waited the 30 day waiting period. I never heard back, not one word so finally on the 47th day I sent an email asking what was going on, they said to be patient and my account will be verified soon. Since then I have sent a bunch of follow up emails only to have them respond a few times asking me for items that I already sent and when I do that they come up with another random item. So are they going to refund all of us the membership fee??

This app charge my card and never used the service they constantly tries to get the money off your card but want respond to no message apps freeze up in the middle of the sign up asa they get ur card information it stops working but they will continue to try and get money off your card STAY away don’t download this app ,

This app will have you in verification status forever. Not only that they blocked me on all social media platforms when I told my story. It’s had to terminate your account with them. Do not get this app they will not help with rent.
