Awful app, awful service
Don’t bother using! Go to Shopify which is a better POS system. Reports are poor, you can’t manage inventory. There’s no integration with websites. Waste of time installing this poorly designed app. Customer services are shockingly bad too. Worst business decision I’ve made.

Said it was for small side businesses but its not
Its a joke, it says its for small side businesses like selling stuff on the side but you need a license and provide 1,09@ different documents and when you make money they lock your account and hold your money. Beware

Move to SumUp! POS app is unusable
The POS app is constantly (every 2 seconds) trying to force me to update my phones iOS so that I can accept “tap to pay on iPhone” a feature I couldn’t care less about and IF I wanted it then I’d accept I need to update my iOS
However I’m not interested in doing this!! Nor would I want to do this.
The POS app has now literally turned into a P.O.S.
Recently used the SumUp gear and OMG it’s leaps and bounds better than this and the developers / customer service respond with something other than “update your iOS”

Works intermittently
It keeps canceling tap to pay. Then it refuses to work with Venmo via the QR code. Once it refuses tap to pay, nothing else works either. Reports okay-ish, but would like a clearer picture of basic ticket price, tax AND transaction fees
Don’t do it
Been on Paypal for a lot of years. Mostly a good experience. Unfortunately that has changed. Paypal now only gives you access to the first $300.00 each month. Anything beyond that amount they will hold for several days so they can make sure you aren’t screwing over your customers. That on top of the many fees that they layer on is my reason for this review.

A lot of potential; Needs a Refresh
I have been using the POS app since it was Zettle however, it is in need of a refresh. It is lacking features that Square and other merchants have embedded and its integration with third party tools seems a bit subpar. I also noticed that in the EUR market, they have features released in it that is not available in the US. I hope PayPal begins to invest into the U.S. based app soon. Besides that, money is available right away and transfer to external banks typically post within 1 business day.

mit der app bin ich restlos zufrieden. alles funktioniert schnell und einwandfrei. bitte schaltet doch die funktion frei, dass man mehrere geräte in der app hat, und nicht jedes neue lesegerät erst neu verbinden muss. und ganz wichtig: bitte fürs i phone die kontaktlose funktion. bitte!!! :)

Spent almost 2 hours trying to install. It only works with their card reader and will not function as ‘tap and pay’ which PayPal sold it to me as. Hopeless!
Registering in this app is a pain. Bugs not allow to complete process
There some bugs that not allow me to register. On the app it says we have troubles making sure it you, a free switching to desktop, it just. Won’t save my ssn to proceed. I add it, save, it still asking for it.
