Downloaded the app and continually got errors trying to register my mobile as a new user. Emailed Support and my email bounced. Red flags much?

Randomly stopped working months ago
This app was working great for me for several months. I was a level 4. Then all of a sudden it stopped working saying service at capacity. As per the advice of support i uploaded screenshots. And was told to log out of the app. Then log back in. Now I can’t even log in. It keeps saying service unavailable. Support said that my enquiry has been forwarded to the tech team and marked urgent. After over 2 months of trying to log in. And getting no further response from support I have given up. So frustrating as it was such a helpful and convenient app. What went wrong? Am I the only person who is having this issue. I can’t find any information about any technical issues on the internet.

Fraud and scam
I remember I paid for my bill early and I proved it to them. I paid it early and some reason I’m still having notification saying make sure I have to have significant funds. I contacted the company about it and they replied “please don’t worry it’s just a notification and the automatic system does that” afterwards it charged me again and I showed them the transaction and they said they will refund my money, But they didn’t.
They keep on apologising and I accuse them of lying and they denied it but I keep pushing and they haven’t replied to me for 3 months.
I threatened to take them to court and report them for fraud from Westpac.
But no reply.
Right now PayPilot app is pretty much slack and stalling my time.

Useless
This app is useless. It should be deleted
Terrible
Couldn’t detect my wages so had to reset bank connection twice only for it to say it still couldn’t detect wages even after I typed in the employer name was shown in the transactions
Why won’t it work
Let’s you get to the point of linking your bank & then just says “not eligible” - come on guys, please sort this out !!

Doesn’t work, won’t approve anyone beyond their first withdrawal (if you’re lucky), zero customer service, terrible interface - just don’t even bother

I earn 170K a year and it won’t approve me. Chances are it doesn’t approve anyone. Rubbish app, there are plenty of others that work.

Use their competitors
This app was originally formatted in 2021 with an initial sign up, followed by a text message to your number indicating next steps (4-7) days that will take. It’s basically an invite. Mind you didn’t officially go live until 2024. Now once your invited you’ll set up your account and pre fill your bank details to which they access and review. Now I have had 3 people sign who make 100k clearance easily yearly but the app won’t even lend them $25 dollars which is the starting minimum To most people earning less than that wanting to use this app IT IS LITERALLY NO HOPE so don’t waste 7 days and 40 minutes to be declined for $25 dollars

Can’t verify wage
Even Though you give them what you were paid and the exact name it is written on your bank statement, it can’t verify your wage!
Unless you work for a company that uses a payment company to pay you!
Their automated system won’t pick it up!!
If you work for a small business, chances are you won’t be able to verify wages
