App has had the same flaw for years
The app has had the same flaw for multiple years and no one has fixed it. When you go into approve and invoice and you click on the invoice image, there is a design flaw that causes the button to approve to move up into the text above and you cannot click on it. You must close out of the app and restart it in order for this to clear. I don’t know how you have not fixed this issue yet because it’s been the same problem for a few years. PLEASE FIX THIS!! It’s maddening when you have multiple invoices you are approving and can’t view the images and approve.

Lacks full editing ability
Easier to access image than PC version. Approvals work only if IR has valid, complete information. Unable to edit additional info such as display type, Account code, post month, etc. Unable to confirm cash account or a AP account on detail lines. Unable to add detail lines.
Would be zero if it was an option
What kind of app can’t provide the option to save your login credentials? Payscan used to do this. With the so-called upgrade to yardi one it has lost this feature. The convenience factor is gone, the app is now worthless.
Glitchy
Constant bugs. Way finding/UX is poor (most yardi products/sites are) and multiple ways to approve that are inconsistent. Doesn’t work well if budgets and hard to review as a manager. Hard to process large invoices/ Can’t remember passwords/should use finger identification so it is a PITA to constantly log in to. Doesn’t seem to work on an iPad.

Application Error
Every time I attempt to login I receive an application error that says unknown error 😒
Not working on iPhone
This app is not working on my iPhone and I can’t find any support to help. I have deleted and reloaded.

Definitely has more potential for utility
Right now you are able to make P.O.s and only approve or move IRs through the workflow. From a mobile device you can very easily add a PDF or image so the ability to create an IR through the app would be greatly appreciated and allow busy managers the ability to handle the entire process remotely.
Very Useful; Please fix email function
I much prefer the app to the PC software. It is intuitive and convenient. One problem is that anytime you try to email a copy of an invoice, the app crashes and you have to log in again. I used to get around this by selecting the Save Image option and sending from photos however, this now crashes the app also.

Great App
Awesome for our mobile users. Could be 5 star if it supported AppConnec Custom Configuration. This would make managing our hundreds of deployed devices far easier.
A few suggestions
1. It would be great for the user to have the ability to change a code or description with in the app, not just online using the website.
2. Having to go to the details portion to see where specific job was coded to is annoying. It would be great if it was on the main page of where you see the invoice to approve. Instead of having to go to so many steps.
3. Would be great if the app gave notifications when an invoice was in your queue to approve.

No access for date ranges
The app version does not allow a date range input so that older invoices can be approved. This is very inconvenient when you don't have a PC readily available.
Awesome!
The app works great! I'm able to view both purchase orders and invoices that are awaiting my approval. Invoices include the actual image and even budget information. Awesome!
