This app is one of the most terribly supported programs we have ever used. It is ridiculously over priced for the lack of quality and headaches it causes for or field technicians. From connectivity issues to freezing mid-proposal, mid-invoice or just about to email a proposal or invoice. I have tussled with technical support for 2 years now and we are officially moving on from this terrible field service application. I would not suggest you buy into this program unless you want to look forward to a slew of inconvenience and headaches.

AOL would like their software back
We switched over to Payzer somewhere around October 2024 and it’s been a complete nightmare. Everything from the data transfer to the training to the interface is just terrible. Their software is buggy and instead of fixing the bugs they just create these ridiculous workarounds. We canceled just recently and it was an expensive lesson. Oh, and they refused to give us a refund on the card readers they sold us that only work with their software, even though they’re still sealed and in the box. It’s your classic case of overpromising and under delivering.

Poor Customer Service
Customer service communication is slow and trying to resolve issues is not a quick process. Something to consider when looking for a software to use for a service company.
Absolute rip off!!
They took us for atleast $1000 with extra cost and they wouldn’t let us cancel without making it an absolute nightmare and jumping hoops!

App needs work
The mobile app constantly locks up and needs to be forced closed, invoices/pics are lost and super frustrating. Desktop seems to be reliable.
Finally Good Software
Our company is in the heating and air-conditioning. We come from Servicetitan and FieldEdge both which were very difficult to use and caused a lot of problems with our company. After a lot of searching, we found payzerware. I just want to thank everyone at payzerware for all the hard work they do and how great the software has been for us in our company. It is so difficult to take your company into a new software I don’t think people understand how much work is behind that. Payzerware has been great from start to working and we absolutely enjoy working with their team. They are quick to respond, and they even do custom add ons to their software for our needs. No software is perfect and payzerware is continuing to make their software even better. But I would highly recommend anyone with the needs of this software to move forward with payzerware, and stay away from Servicetitan and FieldEdge.

Very Useful For My HVAC Business
This app has been a huge game changer. I can do everything from invoice clients to write proposals and set up maintenance plans. It’s not perfect but they are constantly improving it and they are always available when I call.

Needs fixing
The app is pretty good, except, when you want to upload photos after you already click in to check in, it makes you force close the app to be able to upload photos. And if I want to add photos to one appointment, it shows all the photos I’ve added already. Which I don’t know how many people need to add photos they have already added but it’s not necessary.

Personally, I didn’t buy into using technology for my business but my son kept pressuring me. But I’m glad I listened, it was a learning curve but it paid off overtime. It just helps your business run smoothly.

I read another review that mentioned ‘command center’ and I cannot think of a better way to describe it. Being an accountant I love how this app give me the freedom to move around but still dive in and see what is going on. A huge plus is whenever I have a question I always know I’m going to be able to speak with a real human!!

One size that fits all
The Payzerware mobile app is the perfect blend of power and simplicity. Its a mobile command center that is somehow easy to use and navigate. Before I started my own business I was a technician for a company that was using a different service. All I can say is I wish I had this app back then and I am thankful I have it now. Great customer service
We have tried several different dispatching software programs. Payzerware Specialist by far has really try to accommodate us into build it the way we need it. If they did an update and we didn’t like certain way I jump on there and they try to resolve the problem right away. I’ve never had such a great customer service. I know from experience is that it’s very hard to customize what a company needs and I really do think and feel that they go out of their way to make sure that we are using it and that all my technicians.thank you guys !
