Claim not settled in last 5 months

We have company medical insurance through Pazcare. I had submitted the claim forms along with all requested supporting documents for my in-laws treatment. It has been 5 months and claim is still not settled. They keep saying that the insurance company is not responding. Pazcare is playing a role of middle man without any control and authority. Not recommended at all!!

Services is not upto the mark

Customer service is bad. ETA for issues resolution is like a lifetime. I don’t recommend this to any of my colleagues or friends

Delayed service from their end

Customer support doesn’t know much and they keep on delaying my services that i opted for without any explanation

I m not able to connect support team after long wait call disconnecting. Pathetic experience

On doctor consultation the page is auto refresh every second , fix it asap

Charged twice havent got my money

Its been a month that I havent got my money due to a failed transaction. Dont know how they are running a big business.

Misinformation of coverage

App provided wrong information of coverage on app. Did not cover hospitalisation despite prior confirmation by team.
Later updated the app.
CEO was non responsive on the matter .

Worst

Worst app they take ages to process your claim and few claims after taking long time they reject. Support team has no clarity on what’s going on every time they give different answers.

Excellent App

They have excellent support team and also prompt in their service. Process time through them was quick.

Going Against the Law of the Land

This has to be one of the most arrogant companies that I have come across. They mandate a KYC process where only Aadhar Card and PAN Card is the only valid document, but refuse to accept any other KYC document as per the guidelines of the Supreme Court of India.
To me, it is clear that they think they’re bigger than the rule of the law and use such underhanded techniques to gather your data in unscrupulous ways.
The customer care team is on a different level, they haven’t been able to resolve this for more than a month now.

Worst service - unable to claim my money

I uploaded a bill but none approved, it’s pending since almost a month. My money is totally stuck, followed up multiple times but no response. Pathetic service - don’t opt for this. Because it’s better to pay tax rather than your entire money get stuck.

Unable to use pazcard

I tried using pazcard at a couple of food outlets but it won’t work. No scanner option makes it even more difficult to use. Only able to use it for zomato.

Seems like Pazcare employees are sleeping all days

No response on time if I send a urgency mail on 1st June they will be replying by 2nd June without analysing the employee facing issue. Again they forcing someone to continue from there.

Having insurance and claiming directly with provider is less risky than this broker like Paz care.

App asking update, but app store doesn’t have the version
