Very poor and low quality app
Can’t access claims history, it infinitely loads, was the same for everyone I’ve talked to. At first I could open my benefits card, now the app won’t open it, just gives me a blank screen. Just horrible quality all around, they aren’t even trying to act like they care with this one.
Update: been using for a few months. I’d say around 50% of the time you do a claim it says “error submitting claim”, and it will keep giving you an error. You just have to wait and try it again later. It’s a shame the app is so poor and they seem to have no care to fix it. Probably the most low quality app I have ever used by a good margin.

Confusing app, unable to log in with the same credentials i use on desktop
I don't know why i cant log in with the exact username and password that I've logged into several times on my computer or mobile browser.

Rien ne fonctionne pour crée un compte avec les numéros de certificat et tout ça ne fonctionne pas …
Can’t login
I can’t login to the app, but for the desktop website I am able to login to my account without a problem.
