I got logged out and whenever I try to log back in the entire language is stuck in Spanish and it says that I do not have a account with my email, even though I do
Wasted hour
Four of us each spent an hour trying to get registered and rent bikes in La Coruna. We even sought help from several locals. Only one was able to get it setup. None of the bike apps work. You are better off calling ahead and reserving a bike rather than trying to use Bici.
Toujours des problèmes avec cette application
Je ne peux pas comprendre qu’on paye pour utiliser un service et régulièrement il est impossible d’accéder à l’application nous avons régulièrement des bugs qui empêchent de récupérer un vélo. Certes c’est pas très important le développeur ça peut mettre des gens dans l’embarras et ça c’est pénible.

Doesn’t work
It just kept telling me my payment info needed updating and once I re entered my info it went to the “create an account” page and just didn’t work. It was an endless cycle of re entering info for 15 mins before I gave up and walked. Horrible horrible app, truly unusable.
PGH Not Working
This app used to work well enough for occasional, clunky trips. Now it defaults to Chattanooga and will not allow me to sign in. Credentials are correct because I logged into pogoh.org just fine to unlock a bike (thank goodness). Is this app abandoned?
Worst App
From a UX standpoint, this is the worst app ever.
App doesn’t work
I made sure all of my info and my credit card information was correct multiple times but it still wouldn’t let me unlock a bike. The rating for this app is a 1.5. Get your stuff together.
Unusable because doesn’t go to payment screen
App seems generally good but when trying to activate a pass it never goes to the payment screen and just errors out. Needed to use an alternate app for bikes in Monaco.
DO NOT USE IN HAWAII
NONE OF THE DOCKING STATIONS WORK!! YOU WILL GET STRANDED WITH THE BIKE AND GET OVERCHARGED!!! horrible, unmaintained service.
Terrible
It’s like using the internet in 1995. You have to fill out a ton of different form Fields none of which will auto fill and then manually type in a credit card. No Apple Pay no Google pay no Shopify. The time it took me to rent a bike, my other friends walked and got there before me.
Biki - Hawaii DO NOT PURCHASE
There are almost no stations that work in Honolulu. The ones that do work are almost always empty and if there are bikes they are unusable and need repairs. There was one customer service rep who was friendly, although still unhelpful. The rest were very grumpy everytime I called.

the first bike stand that I got to (302) was full of good bikes, but the app said that it was empty so I couldn’t unlock any of them. went to the next stand across the canal down the street that the app said was full and it was full of bikes with flat tires and rusted chains. also noteworthy, these bikes don’t have any kind of integrated parking lock so you can’t make any stops unless there’s a docking stand nearby

Unusable app design
The field to enter the credit card expiration month/year uses a scroll wheel, but the lowest number on the month-wheel is a 4. So you can't enroll if you have a credit card that expires any year during the months Jan-March.

Works as intended
I only use certain stations, so it would be helpful to be able to “favorite” certain stations (like add an option to tap on a star to save as a favorite) and include a button to toggle “show favorite stations only” and “show all stations”. Satellite map view would also be useful.
Good support
We are at the far end of Waikiki and they seem to be bike stations everywhere makes it a lot easier to get to the beach and shopping. The price is right if you just do the five dollar pop, it was a problem at the station, but the Support on the phone is fantastic and the app worked as I expected. I don’t really see why the ratings are so low.

Awful design
This app interface UI is atrocious. They decided the button to switch between different bicycle networks is a banner on the left of the interface but it’s unclear that you need to select it to change so I was stuck in Bicycles Aruba trying to figure out why this happened , when the phone screen got accidentally tapped Spent over an hour trying various things before finally tapping the banner to change the geo network. One of the few reviews I’ve made on this non intuitive interface
