I have been using this app for over 3 years. As someone who suffers from chronic IBS, this is a total game changer. It is so unbelievably helpful to have a detailed record so I can see patterns and find connections. Additionally, my doctor has given her signature of approval as well.
Easy to use
Just started to try it out and so far very user friendly for a week or two. I will update after about a month or so.

No pre-selected options please!
Well done except … no options should be pre-selected. That way if i don’t answer there’s no data logged. Now unfortunately information (like speed, color, etc) are logged as if I entered that data even though usually I skip those.
