Stealing all my money with out unlocking the bikes

So stupid

Fun and easy

I run a small online business so the bikes are great to run an order over to the post office.

Great Service

Peacehealth is such an amazing way to eat around Eugene. The app is functional which is what matters. Especially if you’re a UO student, start using this service asap

Monthly plan

Says you get 60 min a day free but it charged me every time and there is no way to contact anyone for support.

Ride On

Thank You for existing.

Easy to use

Convenient and easy app.

—For the developers: when you have multiple bikes unlocked from one account and the try to report a maintenance issue, the app should prompt you to select which bike. I tried to report a maintanende issue while I had two bikes unlocked and it reported the wrong one. Maybe there’s a way, but it was unintuitive.

Poor App

They have a policy that says you can’t park the bike anywhere besides their bike racks, but even if the bike is secure they will charge you for parking it not where they wanted. They are not understanding and do not support their customers. I do not recommend them because there are better bike services on campus and they will become a money pit.

Non Electric Overweight Junk, Save Your $$$

It’s difficult to imagine the city putting this junk out there…

Only giving this a 1 so it shows up it deserves a 0

This app steals your money and then doesn’t even let you ride the bike .

Absolute failure of a program

Complete failure of a program. Bikes don’t work

Easy to use. Solid bikes.

Easy to use. Solid bikes. Fun in Eugene!

Hard to use

We have used Lyft bikes many times and found it much less hassle

Terrible

Terrible process, unable to unlock a 2nd bike, making having 1 bike for 2 people unusable. Waste of time!

Cannot get past questions to register

On IPhone not possible to get past the two locking questions in the registration questions. Simply not possible to select the ‘yes always response’. Clearly an app bug that is losing you customers - others have reported it.

Makes it impossible

Tried to sign up for the app and it blocked me for no reason. App is bad and doesn’t work well and it won’t even let you sign up to give it money.

App stalled + how to ask questions?

I started the registration process, but when I got to the two questions about locking up the bike, it wouldn’t let me type yes. A “yes, always” message speared and no matter how many times I clicked it, nothing happened.

Also, I had a question about pausing a ride. I wanted to cycle to UO, watch an event for several hours and then cycle home. But there was no explanation of how to do that.

Sounds like a great idea, though.

Connectivity issues?

UPDATED REVIEW:
First about my previous comment on cancellations - much better now!
However I have experienced SO MANY problems recently. Bikes that the app says are unlocking but don’t. Bikes that appear on the app but won’t allow you to access/reserve. App repeatedly signing me out of my account, then telling me I have the wrong password when I try to sign back in. (When I know I have the correct password because it tells me I can’t “reuse” the password when I go to reset.) All could be related to connectivity? But extremely frustrating. About to give up on my beloved blue bikes :(
ORIGINAL REVIEW: I’ll start by saying I love this service and the app generally works well. Occasionally something unusual happens where a bike won’t unlock or isn’t where it appears on the map. This isn’t really a huge problem except that if I have to cancel the reservation for one of the aforementioned reasons it takes FOREVER. During that time I can’t reserve a new bike, or even see the map to find my next option. I’m sure there’s a good reason for it but wish cancellation could be made faster!

Poor Layout

Bikes that show up on the map aren’t always at their location.

Help page doesn’t answer the right questions.

Right now I am typing out this review on a text screen that does not show what I have typed.

Not a fan of this app or this company.

Dumb service

Just wanted to ride home after work, but because I wasn’t close enough to one of their “Lock Stations” they charged me $25, and when I tried to unlock it to return it to the station, it tried to charge me again. Plus the buttons on the bike are straight up broken.

Useless

Bike keypads barely work, and even when i finally entered my account number I just get a weird error message about my email with no further explanation. On top of all that, the support tab on the app fails to load with a connection error even though I have signal. What a complete waste of time.
