Garbage
Clicked make payment, POS app just spun endlessly. Then back to make payment screen so clicked again. Got double charged.
Not not a scam
For anyone outside of the state they will send no notice and refer you to the same collection agency where they will charge 100$ for missing the never noted fee. They get a kick back from this collections agency and will deny requests for your recorded phone call without a FOI request. You can get out of these fees through proof or email from peach pass. Lucky I had proof there was an error because the staff will do nothing and lie

Absolute garbage app
Very little on this new version works. You can log in, make a payment. The alerts you set up for low balance? No, they don’t do anything. Set a reminder for your credit card expiration date? Nah… we’ll do nothing until your account gets suspended and you have to make a huge one time payment. Did anyone test this POS before releasing it into production? This app is trash.

They will bill you multiple times, major billing errors and refuse to refund you.

Always getting logged out
If I login and use the app. Then come back to open the app within the next two days I have to re-login. Every time gets really annoying should’ve been fixed.

Distraction
Stupid idea who over built this app. Constant distraction. I do not need reminder that free toll access is pending on a highway or as soon I end peach-pass lane. I am still on the highway. Developer needs to consider safety first.
Sign in is broken
I have an account but the signin is broken. I enter the email and pass then it give an error saying “Error Found: Email”.
I enter it again and same error.
I choose “forgot username” and it give me the email I put in, same error.
I change my password… same error
I call customer service. They put in a ticket, I get an email saying my ticket is closed… go to login… SAME ERROR… 🤦🏾♂️…

Don’t use peach pass go 2.0, instead use peach pass go! So simple

Apps like this that are required to use a public service are normally bad. Peachpass is special in how poorly it’s done. It’s one of the places o kind of hope to see AI help. “Claude, make an app that allows me to pay tolls without being awful.”

Needs more work
Unlike most apps that require passwords, this app does not integrate with Apple’s passwords feature so you have to actually type in the password every time you wanna login and it does not permanently keep you logged in. These are really small issues but major issues that could easily be addressed. I hope to developer read this and take this to.

I-16 Interchange 2.0
App is a Disaster. Whoever designed must be associated with I-16 Interchange which DOT has been working on for over 50+ Years and still a wreck.
Useless App
No statements , no toll history, no full account activity (all show empty results) and annoying red message about discontinued old version every time I open the latest version.

Horrible experience. Despite a system outage the day I signed up causing an issue where I needed to log my payment next day and set the replenishment amount my account fell through. Manager Kendrick lied about sharing my recorded call under the Georgia open records act. He also lied saying I read emails. They have a tracker and Gmail preloads emails even sent to spam. However while on the call I logged in and found one in my spam folder and opened it and he documented that one opened the day after it was sent in November. No understanding how any part of their own system works and will lie directly to you.
Also if you open your app which Kendrick was incapable of comprehending it states replenishment amount. Any reasonable person sees this and assumes that they are set for auto payment.
This is app related despite developer update. The layout misleads people into believing the replenishment amount is set when it’s not. The customer service line regarding the mistake with logging payment method and piss poor design fell on deaf ears. I can only see version 1.0.14 in the App Store but it keeps telling me to use version 2.0
Worst app I have ever seen
You can tell this app was developed by the lowest bidder. It is absolutely horrible. There could not have been any QA testing. Whomever signed off on the requirements and specifications must have never seen a mobile app in their life. You would be hard pressed to find an app that does so little with so much waste. You cannot save your user name and password to autofill. There is no facial recognition. There are no options to not use automatic replenishment. You can’t remove a credit card if you don’t want to have one that they will try to automatically charge over and over and over. It doesn’t have realtime updates of charges so you never know what your remaining balance is. It kicks you out at random times. It looks dated. It takes forever to load or refresh a page. All in all - I could not loathe it more than I do now.

Fix the option on iPhone to create an account.
You can’t create an account because you can’t file your address. The sign of the interface is too big and is completely out of the screen. Move to the next step.
Not horrible
The app works but you can def see the hand of govt in it. For example, this is the app for 2025… Why do I get a warning telling me that something called Peach Pass Go 2.0 is no longer supported? If I’m using this version, I’m not using version 2.0 so why complicate and confuse people by having that on there? But if you’re looking for an easy way to update your vehicle or transponder, this does work. It is a lot better than a lot of other government apps and websites. 😀
