can’t login stuck on “register”
Every single time i redownload it does the same thing. Wants me to register but obviously i’ve already done that so it says email in use but won’t let me go back to login page. Useless
App Doesn’t Work
This app is incredibly frustrating I wish I could give it 0 stars. Even when you already have an account, it forces you to register again just to verify, instead of simply logging you in. The website is constantly down, and when you try to call for help, the hold times are ridiculously long. It’s inconvenient, inefficient, and needs serious improvement. They really need to get it together.

I’m planning to change to another insurance
Everything is difficult in peachstate. Last year I got the voucher for YMCA, but this year is complicated.
APP is worthless
The information in the app is incorrect and contains none of the functionality of the website. It’s almost like it was created so that the company could check a box with the regulators that it offers an app.
Works kind of
It works good now except for selecting a PcP their website doesn’t ever work. Georgia tries to inconvenience and deter Medicaid members from using the services down to their gateway and all plan websites are junk. They make you call to select a PCP which can take hours waiting for a rep. This should be looked into by the government because it really is trying to stop people from using Medicaid.

I have called support 3 different times they never change anything the app is useless no Face ID or any updated security it’s useless to even call or even complain
Worse than useless
This is the worst insurance app I’ve ever had to use. It’s useless for anything besides showing a virtual ID card. I cannot pay my bill or see a claim. If you told me that this was an app created by a fake insurance company in order to launder money, I’d believe you because it’s that bad.
How to add multiple cards?
I have two children and in order to register them I have two have two separate accounts with two different emails? That takes away from the convenience. For a parent account there should be an option to add another child. If I’m missing something please let me know!
Negligent.
This app much like this health plan is a waste of space. Case managers who put words in your mouth and threaten you. An app that does not work. Fake physician listings because nobody will actually accept their insurance. Yep Peach State has all of this. Interestingly PSH can kick you off of their insurance no problem. You ask to change mid-year and they just laugh at you but they will do it if PSH wants to dump you. So glad that this nightmare will end on September 1st.

Yes, there’s an app that is titled, “Peach State Health Plan;” however, there is nothing in it. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app and when I click on the icon, it takes me to a blank page with no options whatsoever. Is this a joke? I’d like to use the app for its intended purpose rather than call and sit on hold for an hour waiting for a representative. On a positive note, the reps I’ve spoken with thus far have been nice and knowledgeable. Please fix the app or remove it until it has content.

Every review for the past two years gives this app 1 star. Every review for the past two years says the same thing. Nothing has been done to address the issues. Why do you all even refer us to the app for assistance?
