“Something went wrong” error seems unfixable

App stopped working months ago when I got a “something went wrong, try again” error upon opening the app. I cannot find any way to do anything in the app or resolve this situation. Please help.

Limited functionality

Very limited functionality on the app. I can only access about 10% of the data available on the web based platform. Really disappointing and not much point to the app when it’s that inferior. I can’t only think the high rating overall is driven by people that only access the app.

Constantly asks for verification codes while pretending to be anon.

Constantly asks for verification codes so it can tie you in while implying it’s anonymous.

No purpose

Waste time

Why so featureless?

The app and program seem to be purposely structured without bi-directional communication in mind. It’s simply a collection tool for management. I don’t see the value add of this program beyond a simple randomized survey & reach-outs. e.g.,
- why can’t I see my results over time?
- why can’t I see the organizational averages?
- why can’t I interact with management comments?
- why can’t I see themes in feedback at my level? Organizational level? Personally?
- why is anonymity so cryptic and seemingly untrustworthy?

Great App - pity they are discontinuing

I find it very convenient and responsive on mobile with the App, but Workday plan to shut it down next year. Then will have to see how useful the website is on mobile iPhone- I have doubts

App review

Doesn’t work.

Easy to use

I love how it’s weekly and it’s easy to use without having to login! The interface looks very modern and sleek. Great job

Not a good app for improvement

I know people lie just to make others look bad , it’s a bad way for employees to ruin a company and management.

Doesn’t render well on an iPad

Seems to work Ok - works great on on a laptop - however for 5 stars it would be great for it work/render better on a tablet.

App needs more options to toggle and slice

The app has a general good look/feel. But lacks a lot of the options to slice and dive into your data, for example it’s missing a really simple ‘average’ and ‘NPS’ toggle so you can view scores in the 2 different ways. You also can’t (easily) slice data/scores views into your various company structure attribution (function, country, team, gender +++) needs more work folks!

Peakon should be more interactive

The Peakon survery should be more interactive and help people express their grievances and the remarks which are made are taken into account and implemented in such a way that the company makes notable progress and the areas of improvement are covered and all the bases are touched upon.

Also the remarks should be taken as a positive feedback and discussion should be done on a regular basis based on the feedback be it negative or positive and the management should consider all the grounds and not take them literally as a scorecard basis and try to judge the situation based on scores alone but also based on the remarks.

Peakon survey should not be a mere metric based opinion tool where the feedback is taken in such a way that it is generalised and then the management is given a general opinion and feedback.

Not a reflection of the correct results

Ratings showing as negatives despite me knowing the answers were positive. Manipulated results to suit companies agenda.

Reply interfaces

The comment reply interface doesn’t works properly. One can’t understand which comment one is replying as the thread goes away…

App doesn’t update

I keep getting an error that tells me to update but when I go to the App Store to update, it says it’s already updated and will only let me open the app.

Great Tool for Checking the Pulse

The Peakon surveys are a great tool for providing Senior Leadership with a pulse on how well they’re engaging with employees, as well as feedback on the communication and how well employees understand and are in alignment with it.

The only reason I didn’t rate the app with 5 stars is the lack of anonymity. Personally, I don’t like surveys that anonymize my responses and would prefer to have the option, but if the app is advertising the replies as anonymous, then they should be 100% anonymous. Just my thoughts.

Rapport d’enquête

Un graphique représentant notre situation dans l’organisation serait souhaitable pour une vue et un retour rapide avec une comparaison des chiffres de l’année passée.

Interface API tres restrictif

Wheres the comments?

I was told by an email m, sent by workday, that i have comments to one of my survey questions, and if i wanted to view it i should download this app.

I DID THIS and there’s NO WHERE in the app to see messages…..

That’s enough to piss me off.
